Very heartened to see so many people urging Kripal to respect the individual’s fast. I’m sure he wasn’t being disrespectful and just doing his thing, a blogger has timelines to adhere to. So glad to see this episode, Kripal, cant wait to spend a Ramzan on Mosque Road. 😁

I understand people's concerns regarding why he didn't wait till iftar etc, but remember a food blogger also has to keep other things into consideration. It takes almost an entire day to shoot an episode like this especially when you have to move around searching for different dishes , there's the issue of light then too..pls cut him some slack guys come on . Just enjoy

Thanks for sharing these food places to eat. My home in Bangalore is on Borebank next to the Muslim marriage hall.its walking distance to all the places to eat. They start at Coles park and it ends at the mosque in Shivaji nagar. All along around the Coles park are grill places...snack places...Muslim culture clothes...dupattas with bead work and jewelry as well. Away from the hustle bustle of commercial street and old poor house road...bakeries galore...My family uses this style of eating during when a lot of fancy delicacies are sold. Wish that you would do a thirty minute show on this area...of the city..very unique...full of cultural immersion of all the Muslims in Bangalore...movie star homes...Kannada film industry studios...catholic schools...koshy bakery and restaurant...All the way to ulsoor lake. Brings back many memories.

+Narayan Kini Appreciate your perspective, let us place ours.
Indulging in a food trail is one thing and shooting one quite the other. A production like this takes about 4 to 5 hours of shooting. Hypothetically, going by your suggestion if one were to wait for my dear friend to break his fast and only then commence the tasting, we would have been able to taste and thereby film and present less than 50% of what you now see. Many dishes would have run out before we got to them and the crowd post iftar would have made it near impossible to shoot. Consequently, you wouldn’t have seen the video in its current avatar.
You will certainly see Aslam eat in the second part after breaking his fast. Stay tuned. Cheers!

probably This is the way India looks where a Muslim guides his non-muslim friend for food while fasting and the non-muslim depends blindly on the Muslim who is fasting - he ate before but he stayed through the time until his friend break fasting and then they enjoyed their food and lived happily ever after...

Appreciate your thoughts, mate. Though, I guess (& quite certain) that it's no biggie for Mr. Aslam here. And, I assume since its a vlog- hence he had time constrains or something to wrap things up within a certain tenure, so waiting for Mr. Aslam to eat together might not have served the purpose.
Anyway, I'm a Muslim, haven't missed any single fast of Ramadan since 1992, often accompany my (Muslims/Non-Muslims) friends/fellows as Mr. Aslam did here- join'em (&, even buy foods for'em, if warranted) while they eat, but myself keeping the fast. And, trust me- it doesn't bother me at all.

I saw this vlog of 2019 and see you have visited Albert's Bakery, yes, it is that old, it used to be a small non descript bakery in days gone by, not the fancy bakery that you saw. It used to be an old colonial style building with wooden doors, and made the best bread and buns too. You should also visit the Thomson bakery which is situated near Cox Town market, they too make some of the best chicken puffs and chicken cutlets, their veg fare is not bad. They were a large set up in the 1970's but have now scaled down to a small place.

Feel bad for Aslam though...😁 because that time of fasting is the toughest part of the day, where you will have to control and we normally get into ibaadat to somehow distract ourself...

I am a Muslim myself and there was nothing wrong having to see Kripal eating and the other brother fasting. If Kripal has to wait for the other bro then it would not have been a more detailed video of the food. During Ramadan no adults lure for food prior to breaking the fast unlike kids because adults have more willpower to resist.
Post breaking the fast everyone gets into their prayers and it becomes more difficult to do the video. That would be more disturbing than seeing Kripal Amanna eat☺️

    Hello Sir,
Thank you making these wonderful videos. Just a small comment from my side, where I saw that, for the mosque road food journey, for some of the frames the cameras were a bit shaky and also there are many short frames unlike other videos, I am not sure, I could be wrong. Thanks 😊

    • @FoodLoversTV

Appreciate your perspective, Purba Baniklet us place ours.
Stay tuned. Cheers!
