They're REALLY strong for how little you pay for them. Getting this much damage out of 300m would've been uncalled for at any other point in runescape's history.
@@SwineofSlaughterwhy oversimplify it like that, especially when that has nothing to do with it? People always crying dead game over things that have other explanations lol
I think they’re good because they let magic have decent damage outside of sun. Also I believe if you caroming g chain and bleed you have a really high chance to reset the bleed so single target may not be great but aoe will make you’re single target damage go crazy. The thing I don’t like is while these are active you basically only use fsoa for sun aka it’s a spec weapon. When they buff it I hope I won’t be forced to juggle the two but this is jamflex and they gotta drop the ball somewhere.
I do think that it is "good," but it's good for the wrong reason. This type of weapon should be a build-around rather than something you use because your other stuff is on cooldown.
Yeah, it plays a lot closer to something like WoW does these days, but once you get your hands on it, it is very much still "runescape." It's worth a try if you want a more modern take on the game!
I stayed away from it until like 2021. It's honestly super fun, but it takes a while to accept that it's just a different game than OSRS in spite of many similarities. The bossing is really fun, and the quests are too
Bro I LOVE these. I was using my old set up, put these on and now it's like cutting through butter with a hot knife. I love them and I was able to afford them, allows me to get into higher level pvm and this is a good thing for the casual player
@@raphtheboygenius I guess it's different at the top and I get your points. I've personally skipped late game due to how time consuming and annoying switchscape is but I get from your point of view. Since I'll never go that high until the power creep makes zammy an afk cake walk, ill stick to my mid game stuff :D
@raphtheboygenius you have the same opinion as many clanmates that engage in ultra high end pvm. They are pointless, but for players like myself that will never get to that level because we don't have the time hence we stick to basic rotations/no switchscape these are a blast to use. I'm camping these now and have forgotten about my fsoa
Only its not really. You pretty much just camp dw. Only eof you need is g staff or z staff. Abs is still better but eh also longer to cast and isn't so different. And I think I'm the only eof fsoa user so no point in that 😂
@anthonylainez9626 yeah. I use it like 90% of the time. Recently just swapped back to abs for non grim mage camp kerapac. Using channeler ring vs reaver with sliske. Getting good results with the amascut book. Even set some new PBS 😆
I just got these weapons to along with FSoA, but I wanted to know your thoughts on all combat skills against each other. I feel like necromancy really put a damper on other combat skills because of the less over head you have to provision.
Generally speaking, ranged is the clear winner of the combat beta in terms of damage followed by melee. Then there is a gap, with necro and magic being at the bottom. To be clear, the difference isn't so massive that necro/magic are non-functional compared to range if your goal is to put out damage, but that's how the damage split is setup. Necro and magic are significantly tankier than range/melee, but they pay for that tankiness with their damage.
They do, it just doesn't last long enough to get a ton of stuff going imo, but it's definitely something you could use if you wanted to buff up the bleed stuff.
@@raphtheboygenius I get that, but for some bosses where you can pre build so like use nami and natural instinct, then go into meta, you can do a ton I do 4man lak get elf dps from 350 down to 98k
its insane to me how easy they are to get from a normal mode boss, youd think getting T95 weapons for new boss content would be a little more challenging, rest in piece siesmic and praesul
Yeah, interestingly enough, on one of their live streams they said that 83% of drops come from hard mode, so it being available in normal mode is relatively insignificant.
I just got hired and took two preemployment tests, 2 training tests and had a final evaluation that requires 90%, it’s no multiple choice. I got an 87. Rip.

Honestly for the price..... good bang for ur buck dps. Mfers r like 260m for both

Exactly, I don't see how having something meaningful to do during the other 1/2 of the fight could feel bad
just clicked on this randomly as a osrs player and damn does runescape looks different

I do like that they're accessible, my biggest issue is how they're currently implemented into the late game rotations.

I wouldn't throw yours in an eof yet as they've said that they want to give fsoa a passive.
