Just ordered toiletries for my 33 year old daughter for camp. Bought kids shampoo/body wash/conditioner all in one lol! Making it even easier on the counselors lol Also, bought all black or gray shorts and different t-shirts. They can pull out whatever they like and it automatically matches the shorts. Been doing camp for 30 years and everyone packs differently. Cool to see other ideas and share ours!

Hi abbie and family,when i get ready for camp i pack a week ahead so its can be already packed and go,the camp i go to is call sunnyhills camp for people with disabilities its here is st.louis mo,i go every year and its so fun meeting different Counselor from different countries and meeting new friends too,we have morning activities be climbing tower,archery,zip line, fishing (ects)swimming pool time,rest period, evening activities,,they feed us breakfast lunch dinner and snacks,we also be having water cooler by the pool, cafeteria, activities too,hope y'all are having a wonderful friday and stay safe out there ❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗
when I was little I went to girl scout camp My mom would pack my outfits in ziplock bags and hide a card and a small thing in the middle (like a bracelet) in between the clothes and the hide a stuffed animal in the bag too. I'm 36 and my mom is deceased and I still have one of the stuffed animals sent surprised me with which was a baby pegasus from hercules.

When my ADHD daughter went on school trip...they refused to give her medication and she wore same clothes allweek! She needed the help, even though i set each outfit separate!
In JH I got put with the girl who had few issues, I had to help her with everything. I was mad. After seeing your comment and my daughter being in the same diaper all day at a day camp.
Maybe next time get Abby some crocs for the shower. I have a prosthetic and literally haven’t worn backless shoes in 20 years. I tried to wear some at a spa in Thailand recently and I could not remember how to walk in them haha
I like the cubes. Especially with special need children. Sometimes a buddy needs to be fast. I think everyone at that camp is way cleaner than I was at my camps. My mom packed me 7 underwear, and clean cloths and most of the time I just had one outfit on the whole week and no shower. I think that whole bus of kids would smell 😂 . But I had great times.

I do ziplock bags (I reuse them unless they’re broken) for each outfit. My mom started that before packing cubes were a thing. Eventually I will get packing cubes
I agree with Asa she can just use soap for her face at camp. I kinda feel like she had way to many toiletries for going to camp. Yes mom runs a skin care line but I feel like you should have the bare minimum because it is not you doing it. Also they are on a time schedule somewhat so the buddy may not know how long it takes to do all her skin care.

Depending on your skin and the type of soap, it can cause dryness OR clog pores. CeraVe face wash is the only type that agrees with my skin. But that's great that your soap works for you! 😊

You should have reported them. Medication is necessary, not a choice, it could have been life threatening, like for asthma, epilepsy etc

I like the cubes. Especially with special need children. Sometimes a buddy needs to be fast. I think everyone at that camp is way cleaner than I was at my camps.
