We all have great need of repentance! Note in our reading for next week, Alma 23-29, that the Lamanites have many sins, but once they receive the gospel from Ammon and seek God's forgiveness, it says: "taken away the guilt from our hearts through the merits of his Son." Make sure you read about all their sins and see how even the most wicked can be cleansed and purified through the atonement of Christ. Read Alma 24:7-10. Through the baptism of fire and the holy ghost we can receive the remission of our sins and be cleansed.
