y'all have dedication that's for sure. There's a kuji place for me only 40 minutes away and a mall with hottopic/gachapon stuff 20 minutes away yet---i'm toooo lazy to drive to ;w; great job tho!! those tickets are still my fav yet

I didn't realise lotteries were such a big thing. Are they recent? I never saw any when I visited in 2017, or maybe I just didn't realise what they were. (Edit: Maybe the fact that they sell out so early is why I never saw them. I was still having breakfast at my hotel at until 8.30am.)
Satotintv, another UA-camr I watch, was able to get 2 Inosuke figures. Maybe he would be willing to trade you one so you can have the whole set
