Thank you soooo much for doing such excellent work and detailed information on this cut, you've made it less intimidating for this barber apprentice. I really appreciate it!! 🌠
You probably dont care at all but does someone know a method to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me!
It really depends what the client ask you, when doing a consultation you can find all this out, the number 5 just so you know will be close to almost finger link
AB Fernandez thanks for the reply. One last question. I have a gtx t outliner and a master, if I zero gap them both, will the gtx trimmer cut shorter? Thanks again for your time
+yout00b of course it will be closer to the skin, I have a short video on how to set them up. Be careful not to expose the cutting blade you will cut your client. 0gapping the masters will allow you to get the skin initial guideline out better.
Unfortunatly I don't use IG and quit Facebook over a year ago. Unfortunate for me because I am sure you have a good example of the cut I am interested in. Thanks
AB Fernandez I don’t have that first machine but I can use the andis styliner no ? And then just use the andis fade master with clips to do a skin mid fade ?
You mentioned you were using the Dorko Prime Blades. I used them a few times b4 in my DE’s and there pretty good...... -I’ve been Traditional WetShaving over a year and a half now and love it. It makes the burden of the daily shave fun. Whether it’s your Grandpa’s Vintage Gillette or something modern you can’t go wrong. The double edge blades are inexpensive and give a clean, close, irritation free baby butt smooth shave. The Shave soaps and creams are really good for your skin as well. The can of goo stuff has propellants in it that are not that good for your skin. For example the Excellent Quality Artisan shave soaps have all different kinds of butters and Oils to help make your skin feel hydrated and subtle. Lastly get yourself a nice Badger, Boar, horse, or synthetic brush and you’ll be all set. I always recommend to people just starting out watch these UA-camrs to get any further information on technique. In short just remember this...” 30° a light touch, let the razor to all the work gentlemen”. 💈🤵🏼👌💈 *UA-camrs* GeoFatBoy. KenSurfs. NickShaves. KevyShaves. PaulHfilms. You are with skills, very good cut. Would it be possible to show us a tight princeton or ivy with a fade. Might start a new trend, others will follow. Thanks
Willl do my best to find a client. I do have a question for you send me a message on IG a_b_fernandez I belive I have a picture already there if that is what you will like to see.
your tutorial is excellent but there are enough latinos who need your experience and if you would like to place the translation in Spanish please. Thank you
William M Flicking the wrist will help you not create a hard line and it will be easier to take out. If you create a hard line you can still take it our but with a lot more work and maybe have to raise the fade higher trying to erase it. Practice males perfect and perfect males speed = more money. I hope I was able to help you. Also keep in mind if you are doing a skin fade you can use the shaver on a downward motion super lightly to help you take out that outliner line. Good luck.
Man thanks!!! You made this video the best one I've seen. Everyone else show the same thing, but you made this as simple as possible. Thanks.
That is what I strive for helping in the simple way. Tks a million

Abraham Aning salute brother and thank you. I try my best to help in any ways I can.
Love your videos, your great, and you make it easier to understand and learn the cuts. Thanks so much !
My pleasure, that is what I love to do help others.
if you were to do the top part with clippers, what guard number would you suggest using?
In this cut I can, the highest is #8, if a client don’t want a comb over then you might get away with it and style it forward
thank you! what guard would you recommend? for a non comb over
It really depends what the client ask you, when doing a consultation you can find all this out, the number 5 just so you know will be close to almost finger link
okay thank you!! I might be trying out this haircut this weekend
Good luck
Now that's what I call a nice mid skin fade fernandez good job

What kind of blades do you use to sharpen edges?
Dorco Prime
Are the speedo guards any good with the masters ???
wilfredo Reyes I have never used them with the masters. I used them for a short time maybe a month on the Wahl seniors.
AB Fernandez would you say the purple guards are better ???
I have always used the double magnetic purple guards.
nice cut and video. are either of your clippers or trimmers zero gapped?
yout00b Yes they are. The T-Outliners and the Master.
AB Fernandez thanks for the reply. One last question. I have a gtx t outliner and a master, if I zero gap them both, will the gtx trimmer cut shorter? Thanks again for your time

YNOT BOSSIN always my pleasure. Anything else you need help with Ill do my best. Tks
AB Fernandez I don’t have that first machine but I can use the andis styliner no ? And then just use the andis fade master with clips to do a skin mid fade ?
YNOT BOSSIN yes that is fine. Their is many ways to make that first bald guideline. T-outline for example.
Yes you can.
AB Fernandez and to start fade I can use andi fade master open and then close and then half ways correct before guards #1, #0, & 1.5 ?
You mentioned you were using the Dorko Prime Blades. I used them a few times b4 in my DE’s and there pretty good......

How can I kill the hairline between the 1 all way open and 2?
Praseodymium Closing the One guard a little and using the conners, you can also use the thinning shears. Hope this helps.
I mean, the graduation between 1 all way open em closed 2, in Wahl is used the 1.5 guard
But in Andis there is no 1.5 guard
the #1 guard on the open position will be a 1 1/2 on the and is masters
AB Fernandez thanks, in the case of a Envy Li, I must to change the inclination right
I don't have an IG account and stopped using facebook. Unfortunate because you probably have a good example pic of the cut I am interested in. Thanks
Nice cut but why are you flipping us off in the thumbnail? 😂
Lol never seen that 🤦🏻♂️
Would it make sense to ask for a 0.5 fade
Not at all. Will do my best to work on it
Is 0 magnetic guard a 0.5 wahl clipper?
Yup

So if you don’t flick out you will create a hard line that you can’t get out?

Ask for a mid skin fade, and let the barber knows if you desire more hair on the too side or try to show your barber a photo is best. Hope this helps
