@@deninja1088 yes brother it's a pleasure watching you train. Believe me man you motivate me as well. I want you to always remember that you can do anything you put your mind and heart too ok my brother. With Jehovah God by your side, there's nothing you can't do. With God nothing is impossible bro. Keep up the great work my brother 🙏🙏🙏.
Thank you! Keep it up as well. My knuckles are a bit tender for hitting the bag the past three days haha. I rather enjoy it. Good way to release stress.
Good video you’ve got some potential, there’s only two things really that I seen throughout the video that’ll help you tremendously firstly because this bugged me bad seeing you stand there and just stick your arm out to touch the bag you need emotional content I know you hear all the time think of the bag as a person but it’s really just thinking of your movement itself just think of the bag as the bag shuffle around a little bit get loose and then put some jabs out standing there and just padding the bag for lack of better terms will not only kill your muscle memory but it’ll really dampen your power and it’s hard building a new fence once you already put up the first one wrong, and second I seen you do it a couple time perfect and I do the same thing when I throw a body hook I’ll just let the speed and power of my arms itself hit the target but I learned that it’s better to constantly train with your hips into it than just letting your arm go and I know it sounds silly but I’ve done stupid amounts of tests and from what I’ve done you really approach the same angle when throwing it both ways depending on arm lengths slog course but the point of change is the power you get from adding your hips, keep up the good work I’ll be looking forward to seeing more content.
I truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you for the tips and believing I have some type of potential. I have no boxing experience and surprisingly, have never been in a fight in my life. I will work on more movement for sure and I'll try to have my hips more involved when throwing body hooks. I know that it'll take practice to get that muscle memory down. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if half the views on this video are of me watching over and over to see what improvements I can/need to make. Thank you again! 😊🙏🏻
So I didn't weigh it but I removed some links to raise it higher on the boxing stand. I would guess that the bag is anywhere between 80-100lbs. There's still some room for me to stuff some sand bags (in a zip lock) inside.
Nice work baby👍🥊💪. Keep up the good work champ you got this bro.
Thanks man. That means a lot. Glad to be getting some positive feedback. Motivates me 😤💪👊

Awesome
Thank you 👍
what oz gloves you use and what lbs is the bag
I use 12oz gloves and the bag weighs probably 100lbs
Bag weight bro??
I'm not certain. The person I bought it from had it listed at 100 lbs but I have not weighed it. I can get back to you on that.

Nice work
remove some links off the chain so you can raise the bag higher. You're training to fight a 6 year old .
Good shit tho. Respek
I was honestly thinking of doing that. I found myself hitting the bag lower and crouching a bit due to that. Thanks for the feedback. 🙏🏻
