its been well used then, if sharpening isn't working id recommend just biting the bullet and buying a new chain, if I'm cutting sleepers I generally buy a couple of chains and still sharpen them .

Purchased the Oregon fit and the file guid doesn’t fit the 7/32 guide. Fits the other two files in the kit fine. Kind of useless as I need the 7/32 file and the clasps won’t latch.
