that was insane, I bought the same kit down at kitty hawk NC...scared to even take it out of the box now 😳 that was an awesome video. if you know off hand what sized dowel did you use to round off the ships hull?
Thank you for liking!!! I used a toothbrush holder, not sure the exact size. but one thing I do remember was, if you use larger size dowel first, and slowly warp it little by little it works better than just use a smaller size right away.
no, the big colored piececool one is a well updated one with a lot more parts with much more detail. I'ts almost triple in size too. So they are very different.
Maybe some kind of pen or marker. The tool I used was a tooth brush holder hahaha. Anything to make a little curve then you can bend it with your hand slowly.
