You know, I'm starting to wonder what Mettaton could do with Mega Man's other abilities. ....Actually, now that I think about it, Mettaton NEON would be absolutely TERRIFYING with the Double Gear system.
1. koishi (can manipulate the subconcious. how does she do it? subconciously 2. ??? (i don't exactly recall that caracter, pleas give me physical descriptions :p) 3. yuyuko/yukari (they can induce death to alive beings, it doesn´t work with inmortal beings, who can reincarnate/revive or are unkillable) 4. remilia (actually, she doesn´t really know how to directly manipulate fate, even if she knows she has that power. think of it like domino's power from marvel) PD: SAKUYA is the one with time control, and destroying timelines is just a theory. Marisa is the ordinary black-white witch. :p
Logan Rabe if you want to know the powers, you might get a hint from the spellcard's name. Like "lunatic red eyes" from reisen: by looking at her eyes she may drive you crazy. Or else pay attention to the chat box, you can find interesting lines (like yuyuko who was afraid of Mokou beacuse of her not being able to induce death to the enemy due to her being inmortal)
