Hey there. Great gun for sure! You won't be disappointed. I have carried mine for the last 3 years. Oddly enough I shoot it better with the 10 round? Cant figure that out. See if im nuts ...probably lol. Also, if you were looking I found a Walter full disassembly video including the slide with internal extractor from Walther. But quality and performance galore. I hope you enjoyed as much as me!
Good video. I have both the PPQ M2 and the PPQ SC. Both are awesome firearms. Still waiting for Walther to get in the single/double stack game with a PPQ/PPS hybrid to compete with the 365, Shield plus, Max 9 and Hellcat.
I appreciate it. Agreed I would like to see Walther do something like a PDP micro high capacity 9mm. I guess we have the Canik Mete MC9 which is probably the closest we got to a micro carry PDP other than the PPQ SC, but it’s still bigger than something like a 365.
When i saw the price i snagged it up. Last PPQ i ran across in the wild since they stopped making it had an $800 price tag. Granted someone had made it their competition gun so it had some work done to it. I really wanted a stock PPQ just cause my P99 is stock. I'm sure you will be pleased with your new PPQ. It will serve you well
The PPQ is so easy to conceal I don't even see the point of getting one of these. That said, that is a beautiful gun and it will be a joy to keep and use. $300 is an **amazing** deal. I just found a brand new PPS M2 for $300.
yeah i feel you it's not super smaller than the standard PPQ. I'm still surprised Walther hasn't brought a high capacity micro 9mm to the the market for concealed carry. i'm just waiting for them to make some version of the PDP that fits that role.
@@sigsauershooter3009 Yeah many of us have been crying out for a P365 competitor from Walther for years. My understanding is that the import points system may have something to do with them not developing a microcompact model. Rumor has it that since they started manufacturing in the U.S. there may be one in the works but I'm not holding my breath. I've been a little disappointed with Walther in the last few years (PDP didn't really impress me)
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 lol yeah i do carry a P365XL for my EDC.you would think they could have one manufactured here in the states like they are doing with the PPK's but agreed i wouldn't hold my breath.i've really enjoyed my PDP so far but i also enjoy my P99 and plus any PPQ i've ever shot. Canik P99 clones are great value to. I am also one of those people that feel they never should have quit making the original P99 pistol. I think they were ahead of the curve offering the original in so many variation of the action of the striker internally. I have a friend who has a old .40 that has a true DAO pull every time. My P99 is an Anti Stress trigger.
@@stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 plus as a bonus it was like the first James Bond carried since the PPK in the movies at least. realistically never understood why they had him go back to the PPK but movie logic i guess lol.
The PPQ trigger benefits from the "$0.25 Glock trigger job" where you polish the trigger bar and mating surfaces and it will lighten the takeup and pull.
You’re right i am doing that. But i think you may be hearing me trying to recall range trips from years past in my mind and just racking my brain trying to remember things about the pistol. lol I could just be slowly turning into Ron Burgundy though.

if it's anything like the other two 4 inch PPQ's i fired in the past i guarantee i won't be lol.

You got a great deal, enjoy! I've been looking for one and finally found one new but paid twice what you paid ñ.

@@sigsauershooter3009 I love the P99. It was way ahead of its time. Too smart a gun for the average schmuck.

thanks for the info
@@sigsauershooter3009 Yeah I did it to my PPQ trigger with some Flitz polish and it made a huge difference.
Listen to your cadence. You end your statements in question marks. it's an odd tick. Great gun though. I dig mine.
