If only that house was in the location I am looking to buy in. But heck I have moved probably 25+ times with all the great houses you have showed us. 😅
Thank you for another very helpful video! We learned a lot while watching these videos with you and I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work. Have a great day.
Always check the homes for insulation in the walls. Most homes built before the late 1950s never used insulation. They used black sheeting that they claimed insulated the house, but it did nothing to insulate it! Most people, when they get stuck with a home like that when you talk to them, always say they wonder why the house is always hard to heat and stays cold! Sometimes you almost have to put a little hole in the wall to check. An inspector will not look for this problem you must find out on your own!

Love the first house❤
Hi, I'm familiar with the area the first house is on.. (I lived one street next to it several years ago) It's located in the East ~Penn Hills~

I am planning to relocate to Pennsylvania soon, but more than likely the Western side. I miss having seasons, a bit of snow, and mountains ⛰
That whole kitchen needs to be redone and it is narrow.
