Wow, what a great workout! I was sweating all the way 😄 No jumping, but still so challenging. I’m shocked that you used 25 lbs-I have a max of 6 kg (about 13 lbs), and I could only use it for a few exercises because it was too heavy. I liked the variety of moves and the great cues. I also appreciate the progress bar in your workouts (instead of the remaining time) because it works better mentally 😊And that finisher for abs was amazing. Thank you 🥰
