- Are you driving an old car like me? Are you annoyed by all the manual labor of flipping a switch to turn on the headlights when it gets dark and turning them off manually when it is light again? Do you occasionally forget to turn off your headlights only to find your car with a flat battery the next day? Well then this video is for you!

These are cool. I like the automatic headlights. But I wish that it had a dual mode. Like when it's cloudy but daylight, the parking lights only come on, and then when it's dark enough to make a difference, the headlights come on.

I've never been a fan of auto headlights here in the USA but this is a great guide. Maybe one day if it becomes impossible for me to find a light switch for my Accord and if I don't want to install manual switches this would be a good possibility.

Hello. Can you tell me how it's working? Do the lights turn on immediately after turning the key to the acc position at night, without starting the engine, or only after starting the engine and detecting a higher voltage?

Of course, you could always leave you lights on all the time as most new cars now do and then after you turn the car off in about 10 minutes the light will go off so as not to drain the battery.

2 things: first, does the kit you installed also control the running lights, they didn't seem to come on. Second, it would be easier to listen to the video if it were in stereo, like the song at the end.
Good question! Since the car is from europe it does not have running lights so thats why they didn't turn on. And secondly the mono sound was because I dropped the camera when filming rolling shots and ruined the mic haha. We got a new mic now so it should all be fixed!
Yes it will disable/dim your running light (DRL) because it's wired straight on the light switch harness so it act like if you turn the switch to "low beam" (it has 2 wires) so the city light are controlled at the same time that the low beam and make your DRL turn off/dimmed 👍

What happend to guys haven't seen any new videos
A lot happened but long story short is that we got really loud neighbors, so we are in the middle of soundproofing the garage and upgrading several things, but then we got hit with a lockdown that keeps getting extended so we cant finish the garage. Pretty lame but hey thats 2020 for you i guess
