Love your channel man, hopefully the algorithm will bless you in the near future
Please don't tell me you have stopped making content. I love your videos.
Ok the buffer joke got me.
I really love your videos pls come back.
Great review. The game is really rough. And Necromunda didn't improve much as far as I know. Have you tried out Underhive Wars as well?
You got me with the "buffering" XD
Like the music added in this video!
Most of it it's from the incredibly underrated Trauma A.D.

"Schizophrenic" is my favorite track of his
On paper, Mordheim seemed like a game that was right up my alley. Squad-based tactics? Campaign progression? Warhammer Fantasy? Sign me up!
It's a shame, then, that the experience of playing the game was just such a slog. Doubly so, because it really felt like a game where a big, overhauling expansion pack could fix a lot of issues (like speeding up animations, cutting down on doldrums like looting warpstone) as well as introduce more variety in terms of missions and maybe things like rival warbands that actually progress through the campaign with you, like a nemesis. "Oh, look, it's *that* damn Skaven group again!" rather than "Oh, a randomly generated enemy group. Why is their build so weird?"
I never touched Underhive Wars. Too many issues seemed to still be there from Mordheim, like you pointed out. Cool aesthetic, though.
Spot on.
Instead of only progressing through matches like Bloodbowl, Mordheim should have contextualized fights a lot better:
Have a proper map screen where you can plan expeditions, competing over loot with enemy expeditions of fixed rating in a detection chance vs strength system
Task the player with finding enemy bases, weaken the warbands on the field and eventually assault their camps.
Add the player's base camp that you need to defend and upgrade, fighting off proper assaults and small raids aimed at stealing your wyrdstone.
They focused way too much on adapting the board game and completely wasted the setting's premise in the process.
Good video, underrated right here
So many "ifs" to make the game good. Had this on my bucket list for some time now, but I think I'll just skip it with the amount of effort it takes to fully enjoy it.
im one of the few to get all of the achievements in this game. largely did so out of spite. 400 hours played. recommend putting your hand in a toaster before playing this.
