Hi, my name is Ariella. I got my last relaxer the summer of 2009. I began watching UA-cam videos in search of someone with a similar curl pattern and texture. At that time, the natural hair community on UA-cam was much smaller. I did't recognize anyone with hair quite like mine. I was about to let my taper grow all the way all around but honestly.... I LOBE THE VERSATILITY of having a tapered.... I'm super excited for when my hair gets longer on the top. I was feeling a bit insecure because I felt like I was starting to look like a boy but honestly, its all in my head! I LOOOVVVEEE the funky versatile looks I can get with this tapered cut! I'm uber excited to try some new styles. Thanks for sharing these styles. My hair is 4c but I know once my crown grows out more I will be able to be more versatile!

The first one is so easy too, the fishtail braid is the hardest part of the last one, but you can also do a French braid but I think that’s harder lol

I've thought about cutting one side but I work in customer service so I'm not sure how my job would approve but all of these hairstyles are cute!
You can make a side shave look very classy or work-appropriate, especially if you don’t shave it too low.. I would look up images and see

Ooo, you're cute or whateva hehe I loved each hairstyle. About the ACV rinse - can you use shampoo after rinsing it out to get rid of the smell and how long was the rinse effective for you? Oh, I wouldn't mind a fishtail tutorial from you either :) The one you did gave you a fancy pompadour look.
Lmao thanks boo. From what I’ve researched, the proper way to do an ACV rinse is to shampoo first. Thus leaving your hair to reek of vinegar 🙄 but people do recommend using an essential oil with it. I just don’t see anything masking that smell. It was effective for a while! At least a month, but I only did it like twice lol, I can’t with that smell. And if you’re dating someone, forget it lmao. They’re not putting up with that 😂 now I just oil my scalp. Tea tree oil works really well and smells great
