It’s amazing to see how far SCS has came. I still remember my first ever game, 18 WoS Haulin, then I had Extreme trucking, and that was neat.. this is just amazing! Everytime I play this game I just sit in awe sometimes at the work they’ve done.
games are different to real life driving trucking , i like how i can use this to keep my cognetive skills sharp or even just a quick brush up on as a real life driver, an i find it great to zone out from the real world too - good concept . this game has come along way since start, ive kept it ever since its release .
Coming from someone who drove tractor trailers for the Army for 8 years, no, convoys are not that dangerous. Most of the time we did exactly what you guys are doing. Slow rolled so other folks could catch up, we kept a minimum of 55 so we wouldn't lose people and we DID NOT block roads to the rest of the convoy through lights or whatever. ALSO, if we had a company convoy we took off in serials of no more than 6 to 8 trucks at 30 minute intervals from each other so we weren't jamming up traffic.
"Yup, that failure is brought to you by.....Windows 10!" 😂😂 Gotta love it! I've really been enjoying this convoy update, glad to see it's the same for you guys. Keep up the great work! 😁
As someone who has hauled milk, 33000lbs of milk is barely half a load of milk. Most of the big tanks are 6000 gallon tankers and milk is 8.6lbs per gallon. Love the convoy....
at 02:01:05 you're sitting at a light getting ready to cross the Columbia river and enter into Washington, if you make a left and head down I-84 that is a Incredible highway that takes you into Portland, Or. I would highly recommend the scenic roads. You pass multiple dams and is a all around beautiful drive!!
That was so much fun. Sorry about the snafu on the second pickup, I thought others were picking up on the other side of the building and moved towards the back to move out of the way.
Love watching vids of the new beta. I can’t wait until it’s released. Would be cool if they had pilot vehicles (choice of a car or pickup truck) for oversize loads if they are synced correctly. Then you could block off traffic without being banned.
Man, this game will be legendary one day when every state is released. I look forward to running Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma because I know alot of the highways, rest areas, and certain truck stops. I hope one day they add some kind of camera feature where everyone can see your trucker npc character walking around. Even if we could just walk around 100 feet radius. (I'm talking about the console camera)
Its very interesting how Truckers in the USA say thank you for being let in for example. In my country they flick on the hazards for a second or the indicators and go Left-Right twice. Love the vids dude! Greetings from Germany
Actually here in the states we flick our hazards or lights as well. Many drivers don’t utilize the CB anymore so the lights are just a friendly gesture.
Hello Jeff I enjoy watching your videos they make me happy All the time and your videos are awesome and keep up the good work 👍 and I am watching from New Zealand
I hope to one day join you guys now that we have official mp. Been watching you guys for awhile and joining you guys would make my day/month/year. Have a great day! :)
You think 7 is a lot of milk there’s normally 20-30 trucks going to the milk plant down in NC and with my company we usually have 2-3 drivers that pull 2 loads there so that’s 6 loads on top of 20+ trucks with milk going there and we go everyday of the week that milk doesn’t just go to one area tho gets processed and shipped out to wherever
I’m SO EXCITED to get a pc in a couple months hopefully as an early birthday present to myself this is the first game im getting idk what state I wanna start in though there r so many good ones!! Haha
Man you need to put your CB Radio above you. It’s more realistic, since on the runs I went most of my trucks had CB’s up in that little cubby right above the little astronaut. And by the way, love the videos! Keep up the good work!
Oakdale has been in the game since the rescale shortly after Arizona came out. You should try and get a load going to Eureka from Redding, that road is a lot better now with some smaller towns added. The road that goes threw Weed has been redone, looks great in the daytime. There in Klamath Falls, OR there was a service station on the left side of the map before getting to the OR port of entry scale house.
Wait exit 630, with the big truck stop is 20 minutes away from me. It’s Corning Ca just above Orland. But they have a Huge truck stop and a blue light house truck wash. I wish I saw orland
@ 1:18:20 When they were saying it would take them 9 hours real life time. There are some travel missions in Elite dangerous that you can take on that legitimately take that long or longer. For the most part it doesn't make sense to take them because you can make more in that time on smaller missions, and there's less risk. But it's kind of interesting to think about. I wish there was more to ATS for late game. Once you start running your business and have trucks running all the time you kinda can't fail, or lose money. And there's not really that much to do with all that money. It would be interesting if you had to deal with more road hazards / flat tires / and wear and tear. But it would have to be done carefully to still be fun.
It would be cool if the devs of American truck simulator would add a update were you can get out of your truck and walk around with no limits instead of using free cam
2:32:48 - GAHHH - i hate that too! I really miss the google maps voice mod. It hasnt seemed to have worked for ages now. Copyright issue? The wording / phrasing of some of the stock sat-nav annoys me a lot of the time. I think maybe its because the male and female voices also voiced characters in The Witcher 3, so perhaps the "this is where it ends!" is a nod to something their characters say? I dont care either way - its meant to be a sat nav!
Hey Jeff, love the videos, all of them. How do i find the discord, would love to run with y'all. Been a trucker for 26yrs, diggin the ATS vids especially and that setup of your is perfection.
By far the best content on UA-cam or Twitch. I usually don't even watch cable any more. Just your videos. The convoy is amazing 👏
It’s amazing to see how far SCS has came. I still remember my first ever game, 18 WoS Haulin, then I had Extreme trucking, and that was neat.. this is just amazing! Everytime I play this game I just sit in awe sometimes at the work they’ve done.
Hard truck started it for me

Thanks this is so awesome getting with you watch you guys have fun to do Jeff
How I hopped in and just talk you guys
My name is green arrow
What is your last name
Thanks Jeff, you've hooked me on two truck games now, ATS and Snowrunner. been enjoying both quite a lot

Deadass bro. I pull around 50k of milk daily
Just need the entire USA, with a nascar tracks/trailers mod so you can recreate the hauler convoys going into the tracks.
I need an Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana DLC so I can ride I-65. Alabama for the most part since it's my home.
That is one of the best ideas I have heard! I would love that and I never do multi player or online!!
Convoy with C2C. That would be great
It be cool a trip from top of washington to across to Miami or the keys.
@@AxelSilverhand Just download coast to coast..
Love how Jeff talks about the realism then try to go through some rocks 😂
He did it for science!!
😂

Hey Kyle I play this game as well and I will def take that route next time I am up that way on the game right now I am in AZ
That was so much fun. Sorry about the snafu on the second pickup, I thought others were picking up on the other side of the building and moved towards the back to move out of the way.
This is so neat. I can't wait to master this game and be able to join with others in a “convoy”.
God I love watching the convoys. So freakin good. Beautiful game

It is released
@@Corbin.long6 I mean without the password.
@@Random_Ritchie the password is in the forum post. They made it that way because multiplayer is still experimental
This game is just too good especially with a convoy
Awesome convoy as always! Gate glitches are hilarious LOL
1:07:53 Jeff, I can't go into the local grocery store that sells crawfish without hearing Big Mama Juju calling everyone, "Crawfish!" LOL😂
Watching this today after everything going on in Canada and I still can't believe you guys talked about exactly what is happening

I love the Freighliner Cascadia 2021 🔥 I drive that truck in my trucking school.
What's funny it's that I'll be delivering milk
I really enjoyed watching this loved the convoy jeff
Hello Jeff I enjoy watching your videos they make me happy All the time and your videos are awesome and keep up the good work 👍 and I am watching from New Zealand
I will say that one of the best 3 hour video without ads I love it
I knew it lol, TNA was a former trucker!!! Man I love the convoy Jeff, it's amazing brother. GOD I love me a peterbilt
Hell yeah Jeff. Love your set-up. Great video 🤙😎
You're one of my favorites! I love watching your vids!
Good day Mr. F... hope all is swell .. opening music to stream was great..
looks so fantastic. good luck and be happy.
Saw peterbuilt came out with the 567 ultraloft. Another great video Jeff let’s see a series of these.
Broooo nostalgia hit hard when the 18 wheels of steel references started up
Everybody delivering buoys....I hope this place really needs buoys 😆

Welcome to milk haulin. Rolling stop signs that’s the milk haulers stop 😎
A Nevada run or any state that is 55+ mph would be lowkey fun to see. 8 trucks hauling ass at like 75 or 80 mph would be hilarious 😂
I live in Clovis New Mexico and it’s such a tiny city we only have one Walmart one mall and it’s always so surreal when I hear someone talk about it
Now all you have to do is get a fuel tanker, and you can make the world's biggest creme brulee.
Now to watch this episode. I drive a milk tanker for a living in New Zealand. 😁
I LOVE these convoy vids!!!!
multiple dads are back with the milk
They’ve been waiting at the store this whole time
I love your videos, ashame I missed this live stream.
Good vid Jeff love the work I put in ur vids
Dad
I was there for this but imma watch it again
GETR DONE WE GOT A DAMNED CONVOY YEE YEE
Speaking of Kifflom, I think it's time you guys resurrect Kifflom 🤣
so much fun with a convoy man. beautiful game!
I do enjoy your videos, I thank you very entertaining and you do a very good job
Hope they enjoy their milk!
You literally started exactly in my hometown that's great lol
Thanks for an awesome stream Jeff
that is probably the cleanest peterbilt i've ever seen lol
53:35 You may have convoy haters but Jeff you also have convoy lovers.👍👍
I hope to one day join you guys now that we have official mp. Been watching you guys for awhile and joining you guys would make my day/month/year. Have a great day! :)
Thank You Jamestown NY.
My family has a fish hauling business, they haul all over the US they convoy all the time together.
Bro Iam a truck Driver and your so on point with this Great video bro
It's so crazy that this game has Texas now they're really increasing the states that they're coming out with
This is the coolest this I have ever seen Iam a truck driver and this is Amazing
Convoys are actually completely legal as long as nobody is impeding traffic, they must leave a lane open for traffic to flow by
33k times 7 is a lot of milk. Idk about not needing any for a year though. Probably will go bad in a week lol
Also 33k is very rare to pull that’s a light load normal load is around 57-63k for each of those trailers
Great content as usual 👍
Love your videos from South Africa
I’m SO EXCITED to get a pc in a couple months hopefully as an early birthday present to myself this is the first game im getting idk what state I wanna start in though there r so many good ones!! Haha
Convoys in real life provide safety by causes traffic jams
This is so good to watch👌

Didn't realise trucks in the US still used CB's :) interesting.
Im a otr trucker and i fully support conveys

amazing video as always
This is amazing, ATS has come a long way. Convoy is way better than MP.
There was an SCS game called 18 Wheels of Steel Convoy. This is the real 18 Wheels of Steel Convoy.
That’s awesome! I’m from oakdale!
That’s cool asf they even got the small towns in Cali on a game most games add la or other major city’s
This would have been fun to have been apart of. Maybe next time!
Best convoy videos ever made
I'm not a big Cascadia fan, but the one in this video was very sharp.
Done my math and that is 231,000 pounds of milk
In this episode Jeff blinks and the engine dies
Something about watching 8 trucks drive down the highway carrying some milk is really entertaining
Love these and they are so great and also really love fivepd
I have a Peterbilt 389 similar to that in ATS
This game is awesome
Horn modded to play "HE NEEDS SOME MILK" when tooted.
It be cool to see a trip to Miami. Like a long trip from top of Washington to Miami or The Keys.
There’s a kodiak with a Kodak takin pictures up here
*Kojak with a Kodak*
Dot gave him a ticket for those faughty tail lights
It would be cool if the devs of American truck simulator would add a update were you can get out of your truck and walk around with no limits instead of using free cam
I LOVE THIS IT SHOULD BE 5 HOURS
FYI, these people carried 231,000 pounds of just MILK
edit: i continued watching the video, and turns out at 45:41 they already figured that out
