✨Semiya Cake✨ This is very easy recipe to make and you must try this for this Diwali🪔 A quick recipe 1. To a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, 1 cup semiya and roast until brown and allow them to cool 2. Now to the same pan add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the cashews and raisins 3. Now to a kadai, add 3/4 ltr milk that is 3 cup of milk and allow it to boil 4. Then stir it for 5 more minutes and the milk gets thicker 5. At this stage add, 3/4 cup sugar and mix it until the sugar dissolves 6. Now add roasted semiya and boil it for 5 minutes and the milk gets thicker, at this stage add 1/4 cup condensed milk, pinch of salt and mix continuously 7. Now it gets thicker and looks like halwa, at this stage add nuts and shape it in a mould you wish to 8. Allow them to cool in a room temperature for 30 minutes 9. You will get the cake set properly and cut into pieces and enjoy!!
