Totally agree, Thalassic and Varg (Zeichen) are definitely the best Metal Albums of 2020 At Thalassic every song has a high end metal quality and new clear vocalist Pekka brings them to an even higher level. Best Regards from Germany Nick

As they rehearse their new song they are interrupted by a musician who asks to join the band. The band leader accepts but the other band members freak out as the band has been a trio as forever. The rest is history!
It's like Pekka from Kalmah wanted to release Kalmah rubber boots 8-D At least that's what he answered when he was asked about the possible Kalmah merchandise in the future. So Ensiferum Reinos in the house, Kalmah rubber boots outside the house!
New Ensiferum album is excellent and Pekka REALLY brings much new to band. And it's good. It makes Ensiferum even better! Still, I hate to say this, but this is how I feel... Pekka should work a little on his pronunciation of English. It's not BAD, but it has a little bit of that Finnish "Rally English" echo on it. And it's actually really difficult to learn away from it... Or am I totally alone with this opinion? Man's voice is totally awesome otherwise.
I hear what you say about the accent, but then again I think the Finnish accent just sounds worse to us Finns than to other people. I really liked Pekka's vocals on songs 'Andromeda' and 'Rum, Women, Victory', as well as the end of this song, where he really goes to the extreme. Otherwise I think his parts are just a bit... bland. Don't get me wrong, he surely has a great voice, I just think they could have utilized him differently. But this is my opinion.
@@_byrtsi That might be true. And that last part is one of the things, that I think will get better in the future. It's a new situation to whole band... And surely a learning curve is involved.
