    Another veggie option for oatmeal is cauliflower rice. I love it !

      @@maremacd Not at all. It adds a nice texture too! I would start with just a little. If I use a vegan protein powder, then I add more cauliflower.

    Thanks! Super helpful! I appreciate your videos as I am a new plant-based eater and loving it. Question: I’ve tried tofu a couple of times now and each time I’ve had stomach discomfort for a couple of days after. I eat a lot of fiber and beans and such, so I thought it wouldn’t bother me. Should I try just eating less and work my way up or could it perhaps be the brand? Any thoughts? Thanks!

      Tofu makes me gassy while beans and lentils usually don't. You may benefit from eating less tofu in a sitting. We don't really need as much beans/protein as the hype would lead us to believe (although it can be so delicious and enticing!) 🙂

    Please plzzz help!!! I’m down to 4 prenatal options well really two... ok here’s the thing, so I have Prenatal One by Rainbow Light and Prenatal + DHA by The Vitamin Shoppe, so these two I kind of automatically canceled out because they have folic acid. The other two have folate without any folic acid. The other two are Baby & me 2 by Megafood and Prenatal by Ancient Nutruition. Which these two was my final pick, but the Prenatal + DHA by The Vitamin Shoppe caught my attention with how much magnesium; it has 450mg none of these other brands have that much at all. Mega have none. Ancient have 28mg. Rainbow have 50mg. So I still feel all over the place with picking one. Can you please help. I would Really appreciate it.
