Thank you for sharing the recipe for this decadent looking cheesecake! I am highly allergic to gluten and this seems to be gluten-free so I am pysched to make this! Saved to my "recipe" file! Oops, just noticed the APF....all purpose flour. I'm going to try to substitute that with gluten-free all purpose, it should work!
