Huge respect for putting this out there. As someone that has been watching your video's since the early POE1 days, It's been nothing but an absolute educational journey through-out, and I'm sure many others stand by me when we say we can't appreciate the knowledge and information you provide to us, especially with some of the builds you put together which the average person could never imagine creating. Keep doing what works for you mate! Wishing you and the family all the best over the Christmas Holidays!
Serial lurker and have enjoyed following along your build journeys for a while now. I like the challenge of "off-meta" builds it was really nice to find someone else putting things together and also playing at a similar pace as me (three kids keeps me busy lol). I appreciate that you post at all and the videos are always insightful so thank you 😁
I just recently saw your content for the first time today and your take on things is really refreshing. I watched one of your videos and learned so much just from listening to your process. Im running a chayula monk myself not even close to end game yet but the info was priceless. Thank you for what you do and I look forward to more of your content in the future.
been here since grim dawn videos, i just click watch and then i move on with my life, thanks for doing what you want to do, too many people try to appease the masses.
I’ve been watching your videos. Although I can’t afford to follow your builds, I still find them entertaining. You’ve earned a Sub from me. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m actually starting a Monk to follow your gas arrow build.
You were the only creator that had some off-meta builds that i really wanted to try for PoE 1 and didnt had the knowledge to do it myself. Thanks for your work.
I only recently stumbled across your channel because of PoE2. I kind of took a break from "serious" ARPG-gaming ever since the better D3-days, and I noticed that the way content creators nowadays bombard everyone with build guides, tailored to brainless viewers (click here, do this...), takes the fun out of the equation for myself, and to a certain degree also makes me feel shitty when I compare something I came up with against some 1-button-screenclear-builds they post. What you said here totally resonates with me, since in D3, I knew what I was doing. But since I never played PoE, I am a noob in PoE2, and I lack the basic understanding I need to be able to make my own educated build-decisions in this game. Thus, I have one question: where would I find a good resource to learn/read up on how dmg is calculated, what types of damage mitigation which types of mobs have, etc. to learn the game's fundamental mechanics? I will keep looking and found a few guides in this direction on maxroll, but they don't seem to go into detail (e.g. not sure whether there are any Snapshotting mechanics in PoE2, whether there are / how to calculate breakpoints, and so on). But thanks for your way of making videos - even if not "easy for the masses", I think this is the only approach that could lead to your audience becoming truly empowered with knowledge and able to eventually enjoy everything PoE2 has to offer. At least you inspire me to start this journey rather than copy-paste cookie-cutter builds, and I am curious to see where this will lead me.
Talk to people who know the game and make friends. Quite literally thats it. I have a bunch of guys I like to talk to about game mechanics and builds and that's the way I learn. Other than that sure there's really good resources like Zizaran etc. for basic stuff most of the time you're just going to learn much faster with a group of friends who like the game.
I appreciate your content and information. I actually found about you on Reddit where you posted your build that’s budget to min max build, if I recall I tried out your take on icicle mines/poison helix/glacial hammer. All been successful and fun, I hope to see more content from you.
I've always lurked for some interesting ideas and I distinctly remembered one league where I was attempting to make ice mines perform decently in maps and to my surprise, you had already done it and it was significantly helpful. Thanks for your content my man. Also, check out Grim Dawn, I think you might enjoy it during PoE downtime. :)
Uberjager goodge baseg On a serious note you inspired me to make my own builds and taught me to make builds without following build guides step by step
i meant my comment on your previous video as a joke, i apologize if it felt like i wanted a hand out, keep makin great videos man!! i also have 3 children so i know exactly what you mean.
This is my first arpg game 😂 And a part from currency. I think i almost get the point of the skills. And their relation to the gear that i use. All connected in my brain when i watch your videos. Sorry im not good in english. But, yeah thanks. I may not wear your kind of gears. But thats alright as long as i understand what im doing, i can tweak my gears + skill move + support gems. I think im ready to smash every bosses' balls.
This is a clear example of a question I hate answering lmao. Can I be honest here about what I feel? Invoker monk is garbage for stat stacking but it can still work because the stat-stacking archetype is broken. Chayula/Gemling is number 1. You could play a stormweaver/titan/deadeye and have a similar performance to doing invoker. Actually Deadeye might be stronger than invoker (lmao).
im doing it on invoker monk i got a budget version and im destroying up to t12 maps. not sure how itll do later, but its not meant for this class. also keep in mind this will most likely get nerfed so no crying later lmao
@@DBZenihes already mentioned he hopes it does get nerphed by showcasing how broken it is in hopes of more customizable and thought through builds to be highlighted rather than stat stacking ones. He literally created this op build on his own i doubt it would take him much effort to create another.😂.

Can’t even do this build if I want but I’m super impressed with how you even came up with this build.

Don't worry about it. Your comment wasn't the problem. I've had pings ingame for items and had to ignore people.
@Uberjager ok good, I've been playing poe 1 since 2011, didn't want to make you feel some way :)
Hi, i wanna say thanks. I learnt alot from you for this game and some life tips.
Hope to see u playing next league.

And one more thing, you help me to understand that i dont need to upgrade all skills without purpose. Hahaha
Where are you from btw?
How much div total for this build?
300+ easily now probably.
Respect
i already like this guy
Keep up the good work bro 💪
I enjoyed your guide, I spent 1k $ after discovering your build to get the gears too and im enjoying it so far
RMT?
@@gabrielsmith3993 Whats RMT

quick question could this build be transitioned to the invoker monk ? like go same passives and build but diff asc points :d

You could stat stack with an unascended monk and it'll still be fine. Shit's busted in this game
Tbh SebK setup looks really good and I don't think its any worse than chayula
