As an artist and a writer, I've always been searching for something to express what's in my heart. All my pain, joy and sorrow fuel my creativity. But I've never heard music like this, it's like dark passion. Thanks to this music my unspoken words flow effortlessly into what i write or create. thanks for the music.
I've borrowed Bram Stoker's Dracula from my local library, and I've taken to listening to this soundtrack while reading it. No matter which part I'm on, or which song is playing, it always fits near perfectly.

Vampire Masquerade is so enchanting in a more light-toned, mysterious way. It starts off sounding a bit cheeky, but peaks a little bit afterwards to something more dramatic and intense. Adore it 😍

9 years ago already... and these full album collections are still the backdrop to some of the most amazing art pieces I've produced in my life. The mixture of light and darkness in my is a direct reflection of how certain music makes me feel. The first piece of mine that sold on an international market was to this very collection. Nowadays, I wish I had kept it. But it helped me to break into a pretty exclusive private buyer market. I have also produced a bit of music and inspirations cannot be channeled through a better artist/producer than Peter Gundry. I can't wait for the next masterpiece.

I'm a bilingual sci-fi/fantasy writer who has published in English and Chinese. I'm currently writing one part of my fantasy that relates to 10 mysterious scenes the characters must solve. Listening to this piece of music, I kept having ideas popping up in my head. It's both vampiric and royal.
Forever You Said makes me think of a very romantic or emotional scene where a vampire bites their lover to kill and turn them. It feels cold, like it would happen on a winter day, and the only color seen is the vibrant red blood. Beautiful job!

I listened to this during study hall while I was reading,”The Vampire Lestat,” by Anne Rice, and it complimented the book so well. The atmosphere while the music filled my ears is breathtaking and you feel like all of your senses are siezed by the rhythm. As a goth I really appreciate how astounding and elegant your music is. I have always liked dark music, but after years of sporadic searching, I've rarely found anything that is worth listening to more than once. These compositions, on the other hand, are outstanding! I'm actually extremely surprised by how well-orchestrated they are. As I begin my own dark music composing project this year, this music will be an inspiration. You (Peter Gundry) are my new favorite composer, and I'll be adding you to my must-buy list.

I always preferred traditional vampires than twilight vampires. to me it's a disgrace to the vampire legend. vampires represent darkness and the beauty of it. with their long hair and charms the burning in sunlight represents the pain. the whole sparkle thing it's like trying to make the vampires seem like pretty and not dark like it's losing its dark purpose. so sorry twilight fans but classical vamps are legends, goths, and true beauty. if I met a classical vamp I'd choose him any day.

The common burning in the sunlight thing is what people decided to associate with vampires, as they're associated with darkness. And darkness avoids light. Therefore now vampires are commonly known that they burn in sunlight.

When I was making my book I used to listen to this specifically a lot. Blasting on my ears with my earphones as I type... It was also around the time I was taking care of my grandma every night because I was such a late sleeper and no one could take care of her during the night. She had cancer, she called me her "Night Guard." When she passed I couldn't continue doing anything. I found this just now again and now the music, especially the beginning means a lot. The emotions, everything. I'll eventually get back into typing my book and all but idk I just had to say this and let it out.

When I was making my book I used to listen to this specifically a lot.
Blasting on my ears with my earphones as I type... It was also around the time I was taking care of my grandma every night because I was such a late sleeper and no one could take care of her during the night. She had cancer, she called me her "Night Guard." When she passed I couldn't continue doing anything.
I found this just now again and now the music, especially the beginning means a lot.
