When you go back to this game, here's a few tips c:
Steam locomotives in this game are a bit complicated, but here's a very easy explanation
your Reverser can help you as much as your Regulator
> Once your steam is very high, as shown on the Kesseltrück (german for Boiler Pressure).
To have a better start, Pump your reverser to *Full* (Top Notch), as it will use More steam and thus more power is given to the wheels, once you're already in movement, you can set your reverser inbetween Idle and Top Notch (Mid Notch), it not only makes you use less steam, but also makes your steam lokey go Faster, as long as you're in a Flat position,
> If you're encoutering a Uphill, you can pump your reverser back to Full, as said again, it will use More steam, and thus more power is given to the wheels, which then translate to the engine being able to run up the hills.
Here's also some other tips
> Do not shovel coal non-stop, as Overfilling the firebox will make your steamer less effective.
> Remember to fill your water periodically, as it makes your steamer be Hydrated enough to produce Steam,

You know, the curve tool (when enabled) allows you to make a fixed radius curve depending on what value you type in :)
(also you can take all cargo to the freight depot to be sold for cash)

THE FULL REVERSER HURTS MY SOUL
To make your train to go faster bring the reverser near center. The one valve that is popping is called the safety valve and when it gets to a certain pressure it pops the safety valve

don't use full reverser on flat rail. you only need 20-50% and it uses less steam
And you go much faster at 50 - 5%
