The hydraulic and pneumatic launch systems require the train to stop and attach to a catch car, which then pulls it down the track. LSM launches (magnets, how do they work?) can be used to boost the speed of an already moving train, but they're not as powerful as the hydraulic or pneumatic launch systems. But the target speed is definitely less than 200mph, so you still can't use them at that point, lol. I was working on a park like this the day the game launched, but it kept crashing so I gave up on it lmao.
Terminal velocity depends on the drag the car will have, which depends on the shape. You cannot simply claim its XX miles an hour just like that like it's some kind of global limit.
I saw an alert that said there was no changing room for swimming pool 3. That might be your issue with no one using some of the pools. There may be a range limit for the changing rooms, so you might need to put a changing room near the diving pool in order for people to use it.

My dude, terminal velocity is highly dependent on drag forces, because it's the point where the object's drag equals the gravitational acceleration. A skydiver in the belly-down freefall position has a terminal velocity of about 50 m/s (111mph), but a well-optimized nosedive can get up to just shy of triple that. Nothing there breaks physics. Well, at least not for top speed.

If you're able to get back above ground at like 190 mph, do another powered drop. Keep doing those until either it runs out of steam or something terrible happens
For a pool of the smallest square stamp size, some guests jumping off of a tall diving board will actually fully clear the pool. That's how i got them to jump like 200m from the top of the map.
When they land they're all confused, jumping up and down, waving their arms for help... there has to be some mechanism by which you can ant them back on to a path they recognize, just maybe by connecting the pillar path to one of the bottom paths?
