I have AG an....if you are sensitive to food or drink textures....don't get it. It's extremely gritty and over powers a smooth, i put barely barely a 1/4th of a teaspoon in a smoothie to see if itnwould take it over (you are to take a like teaspoon with 8oz or 12oz of water, an they provide the spoon) but nope...i sucked it down so fast trying not to gagg. The taste wouldn't be so bad if the overly gritty texture wasn't there. I still have mine an drink it a few times a week an gave my second bag to a friend who doesn't mind the texture. The Vitamin D bottle is great tho (don't mix it with coffee like i did, you can get an off taste, its okay with tea tho). Or just on your tongue.
