More orchestral and piano work! This was incredibly fun to work on, and I think I got enough personal interpretation in there as well to justify the creation of this remix. As usual, I'm using a piano-dominated orchestra with a sub-bass to give the track some tone. Venice Rooftops begins to creep in at around the 2 minute mark, and then Ezio's Family returns at around the 3 minute mark. Thanks for listening!

Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood were the best on the whole series. Hardly will we ever experience something like that, and not even Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag captivates my attentions like Ezio's saga did. So many beautiful moments. I lived his life, endurance, sorrow and wisdom. Since he was a young lad, to a Master Assassin and Mentor. I just love that story arc, so wonderful.

The sadness I feel from this theme doesn't come from the game anymore. It comes from the potential AC showed as a series back then and how much they whored it into the ground and destroyed it's soul. I hope you get everything that's coming to you Ubisoft...

I totally agree. That feel, that depth, and that subtlety is lost in new AC games. Graphics and HD Sound don't bring life in a game, imo.

I will admit, through my time with assassin's creed. I really will only love one assassin through out all the assassin creed games, Ezio. You are the greatest assassin I've ever known.

That was absolutely stunning. I loved the way the melodies played off of each other right at the beginning. And that rhythm at 0:40 has got moxy. So beautiful!

Unfamiliar with Assassins' Creed? Neeeeeeuu! Not right, man. Assassins' Creed, though badass through them all, was absolutely beautiful once the Ezio Auditore legacy started. I've always been a fan of Italy\Rome.. But I've never wanted to visit it so much after playing through those games. It's just... An incredible series.. I've learned more about history playing that game, then I did in school.
