Gorgeous classic! I’m a career military veteran, retired from 21 years of active duty military service. I WILL be in contact with you all in the near future. Y’all have some amazing vehicles. You’re videos and your treatment of your customers is wonderful, it reminds me that there are so many good folks carraying on they always have been. Just good wholesome people. I look forward to bringing my dad there to give him a gift. I wish you all a wonderful day!
I am subscribed. Im ground up restoring a 1970 Nova SS, that I inherited, and I enjoy going down memory lane with your videos. I had a 1967 and 1969 Firebird back in early 80s
I enjoy your videos, they take me back to fun times. Older brother had a Canadian 68 Firebird 400 with a Chevy 402 BB from factory. That car was a runner!
This is a beautiful Firebird! Love the color and the engine sounds like it had some performance additions like a cam and intake and carburetor upgrades! I absolutely love that color too because its not the common color for this era i.e black, white or silver. 0:15
I'm always amazed at the stuff that doesn't work on these cars. I'm probably an outlier but it just drives (pun intended) me crazy when something on my car or truck doesn't work. PS Thanx for another excellent video. 😀😀
You're the best Nick!!!!!! Mark my words, I will come by a car from you by the end of next year! I'm going to purchase the winning lottery ticket today 😁😃😁😃😁
Awesome ride👍 and great job again Nick. Tinkering with little fixes gives time to connect with the Firebird and with the original 400 motor BadAzz… Nicefind. And you mentioned Performance Package Y’all are going to someone 😁
Nice set of Cooper Cobra GT Radials on Pontiac rally rims...why not turn the white letters OUT for a more SPORTIER look?? These are good tires, just like BFG T/As, why not show them off?? Just a personal preference!!
I can see why it sold fast---first-gen Firebirds are getting hard to find, and this one is a beautiful example. But the question is; did you finally get to vote? lol
You are obviously not a car collector. If they fix everything it will be $40,000. Go buy yourself a nice Camry and leave these cars for car lovers to enjoy.
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate Americans have a habit for overpaying, $120,000 for pickups. 1/2 a mill. for homes valued half that. It's the way it is at least for now.
Flywheel cover theif got it has turbo 400 they last long alot of small things need attention but drive it now driver quality why would you leave the sunvisors out??
A 1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 for $32,900 that sits unprotected day and night during the spring, summer, fall, and winter in a parking lot? These cars aren't full restorations as you might think. For that kind of money you would think they would be.
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate, I have to agree with you. This is a bargain. The minor work like; wipers, horn, kick down hook up and a few gages are a small price for a decent driver. Showroom would be in the 60-90k price range.

Love that Firebird and all the little things can be fixed. The kickdown needs to definitely be hooked up. Someone got a sweet ride.

NICE FIRE BIRD
I would drive it. Hard to find a solid firebird these days.

Exhaust leak. Sagging headliner. No horn. No heater/blower motor. No wipers. All this for only $32,900? Kidding, right?
Your right, but some people like overpaying.

@@PAIDFOR50 You have to do alot more for it to be worth 40.
And it just sold, cry about it if ya want to , ain’t gonna change what it is worth.

I believe the 400 cars had 12 bolt rears.
My 1968 400 came with a ten bolt from factory.
@@stevenjacobson8177 Yea you could be right. Maybe im thinking bb camaros
And a 400 torbo transmission...thats a two speed power glide...
🏆👀
For all the work it needs its over priced. I can one with no work for that out of Florida and Texas
You think you can lol
Snake from The Simpsons approves
She needs premium dude! Premium!!!
Transmission? Is this a two speed power glide or a turbo 400? Sounds like only one shift while driving. I like the color.
Another torque converter cover missing .
Beautiful she is nice yeah Nick I like this beauty nothing like American muscle 💪
Beautiful car, but she needs allot of help!!
Nice. Too bad it's not a four speed.
