He feel like because when asked how she you rate these 90s sitcoms the other shows usually rank higher. And the do because they were better. Not hood but just better and funnier. I do watched family matters but if I had to choose between that and martin or living single or different world or the Cosby show or the fresh prince they all would come before family matters. But this shows were not hood just really good
He is likely poorer than he ever anticipated and now needs attention to draw some kind of income. He is old enough to be a grandfather and yet still needs to grow up. Blame. Blame. Blame. Point a finger at an entire race because he is not happy. The weakness without shame...pathetic.

In my Black neighborhood Family Matters was highly rated!! Black people in the 90s loved Family Matters! I don't think the polls correctly reflect the Black community's feelings and perspectives on The Winslows and Steve Urkel.
He a damn lie and I'm so sick of our people jumping on the blame train trying to blame our own people for dumb stuff. You think only non blacks watched Family Matters? What a dumb ass thing for a "celebrity" to say outloud or even think.
@rblu7916 you are not hearing what he said. He said that when they mention the top black sitcoms that Family Matters is never mentioned, but when you say the top Family shows that Family Matters is always at the top of list. Now listen to the examples. They are not all talking about drugs and the street, but all those other shows from living single, martin, the Bernie Mac show, and the Wayans Brothers were all very urban based. People can get upset but he didn't lie
@tinathomas7659 TGIF was a tv lineup on ABC on Fridays Family Matters, Hangin 'with Mr. Cooper, Step by Step, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, other tv sitcoms came on Friday nights!
One of the most memorable family matters episodes for me, was when Carl confronted the racist cop (who stopped his son in Burlington Heights) and put him in his place!! That was a great episode
Well he turned on the character because he got type casted. Last year he ran back to eat for an animated Christmas special where Steve meets Santa. So its all his own doing.
Living Single was about a magazine owner, a lawyer, a buyer for a boutique an executive secretary, a stocker broker and a handy man. Martin was about a radio turned talk show host and Gina and Pam were executives. Where the hood at???? I like Jaleel when he was seen and not heard, like when he was on Hell's Kitchen.
I get what he’s saying, BUTTTT! it definitely doesn’t pertain to this conversation. Most black sitcoms if not all aren’t Hood at all but they still are classics that stand the test of time
But Eddie Winslow was a stereotype, Waldo played an idiot, and Steve was constantly mistreated. That is not the average black family, anywhere. Family Matters was comic relief for the most part.
@rogerblewett5595 Cole and Jazz were friends of the family who added comic relief for sure. However, their roles were not consistently the stupid friend. What duo stood out? Theo and Cockroach, Will and Jazz, Martin and Cole, or Eddie and Waldo? The dynamic between Eddie and Waldo was not as relative as the others.
@rogerblewett5595 I, personally, can not recall a memorable or standout moment between Eddie and Waldo as I can all of the others. I would need to be reminded or see it again.
There were idiots on YT TV shows. They ALL follow the same pattern. Rose on The Golden Girls, the older brother on Father Knows Best. I don't watch many of those shows but the ones I've watched, there's an "idiot" in the mix. The "idiot" is usually the comic relief element of these shows.
Family Matters is one of my all-time favorite shows no matter what Jaleel White says 🤷♂️. I love it just as much as Living Single and btw that show wasn't "hood" at all 🙅♂️.
@@GiftedCJohnson1 I don’t think that’s what he’s saying, he said when u talk about great shows “ Family Matters” is never mentioned which is true. But just because it’s not mentioned doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good show. Hell Amen doesn’t get mentioned ,the show “ ROC” doesn’t get mentioned, but these shows were definitely supported by black people. But ,however ,I feel like he’s entitled to his own truth and how he sees it. But I’ll still watch it. It’s a classic.
Jaleel White and Alphonso Robeiro get on my nerves trashing the community after we’ve supported them and they decided to alienate themselves from the culture. You can’t complain about support when you withdrew yourself from those who supported you from the beginning. Also they need to take into account how they treated the black women leads in their shows as well. Maybe people aren’t receiving them well because of this and how unapologetic they are for their past actions. As big of a star as Will Smith is he took the time to apologize publicly to Janet Hubert several times while if memory serves me Alphonso has not.
@@oophorror2251 whose y’all, I watched The Tap Dance Kid, Silver Spoons, The Fresh Prince and In the House with Alphonso, my family cheered him on in the Pepsi commercials with Michael Jackson in real time. The family watched Family Matters on TGI Fridays in real time and I watched Grown Ups too. As a matter of fact I live overseas and we flew South Korea to a friend’s house this past thanksgiving holiday weekend and we watched Family Matters and this couple is younger than we are. Just because some folks who probably aren’t old enough to have seen the show when it first came out and saw how it fit into the TGI Friday line up doesn’t mean everyone felt that way, cause if we did they would have canceled the show early on and no one would have been mad that the Harriet character changed.
Jaleel and carlton roles matched who they were in real life. They dont mess with the community but they get emotional when the community shows them the same energy.
@@illoneson.5218that’s 100% true. They were both mocked and ridiculed for decades. It wasn’t until Kanye, Gambino, and Chance that it became cool to say they were great.
Jaleel White just trying to drum up controversy to sell his book 📖 . He's mad that he will be forever typecasted as the character of "Steve Urkel" and he can't get away from that character. These statements will alienated Jaleel White further from the Black community.
Jaleel brought the criticism on himself. His statement was inaccurate and he harbors resentment under he guise of having this thoughtful assessment. He’s coming to this conclusion because he doesn’t care of the show’s legacy ,so let’s create this chatter about it not being up to par with the others. It was unnecessary and he knew what he was doing. Yall gave him grace not sure if he deserves it be go off.
That was before it became hip to be ghetto. In fact, back in Cosby day it was hip to be square and gangsters were considered losers. Things done changed!
Exactly, The Cosby Show is one of my favorite shows period. Among, the top Black Shows, Family Shows, Comedy Shows, etc. I cant even think of a "Hood" show. Lol. What is a "hood" show we ever supported? Even Good Times wasn't a "hood" show. smh
It being ranked last...doesn’t make it bad. All of these shows should be respected by the communities they were made for. It might have been less memorable, but that was mostly because the stories being told weren't always relatable to a large audience. I could relate to Urkel growing up as a Black nerd, but...sometimes things got.. weird. Remember Urkel-bot? Remember the Bruce Lee DNA thing? Sometimes, things were novel as opposed to being relatable. Not bad, just niche.
I agree. I feel like as the show went on, the plot became a little more wacky and it was hard to be as engaged. I also think the writing wasn’t the strongest and they could’ve done more to develop some characters
I’m not gonna front on Jaleel White for saying what he said because that’s his lived experience. But because you feel a certain way about your Show doesn’t mean that it’s not on the hearts and minds of others. I still watch all old school shows just to get away from today’s trash television. But if he were to pass away this would be a totally different conversation so I want him to know he had a special place in my childhood and adulthood. It was a remarkable time to see him back then and to reflect on his accomplishments. Kudos to the Entire cast of Family Matters. Definitely one for the books.
Everybody fucked with Urkel. In fact nobody called it Family Matters until WELL into my adulthood.. It was always "I'm about to go watch Urkel". I don't know what either side of this conversation is talking about.
Truth be told, you jogged a long dead memory from when I used to think that show was actually called steve urkel, instead of family matters 🤣🤣🤣 because it was the same way in my house 😂😂
It was basically a typical American family where the cast happens to be black. When the show started to drift into Science Fiction and Fantasy elements, it really lost its character as a Black Family Sitcom
I never knew it was criticized that way.. Carl Winslow is easily top 5 tv dads.. Family Matters is an iconic piece of television.. Family Matters had a lot of memorable episodes.. It’s definitely apart of the culture .. I ain’t never heard nobody black shit on Family matters.. The Winslow were a good black family.. Good wholesome families have always existed in our communities.. James and Florida Evans were poor in the projects with their children.. Cliff and Clair Huxtable .. Doctor and Lawyer .. Carl was a cop and Harriet ran a department store.. it’s all black.. just different experiences
Wayans Bros. is an inferior show compared to Family Matters. I don’t know anyone that shits on Family Matters. The show was for children, and the audience that watched the show are adults now. Martin, Cosby, Living Single, etc. were adult shows that kids watched. I can rewatch those shows as an adult. My generation simply outgrew “Did I do that?” There’s no hate. Nothing but fond memories of Family Matters. Sentimental value. I looked forward to watching it as a kid. For example I liked Winnie the Pooh as child, but it doesn’t rank as high as Batman the animated series. Same for Family Matters. It makes the list but not top 5. Jaleel is a brat.
I just said they same thing. I outgrew family matters. They never really let their characters grow up and mature. The Cosby show, the fresh prince, they grew up. We grew up with them. And martin and living single and a different world were more adult shows that kids could watch.
He's talking nonsense Cosby show Family matters Living single Sanford and son In Living color Full house Martin etc All those shows was supported in the black communities, everyone know when those shows are on we in the house watching them, he's talking foolishness in my opinion
Jaleel White is a whole clown. His sitcom lasted 10 seasons on 2 different networks. It was the longest lasting black sitcom on tv until Tyler Perry's House of Payne came out. What in the hell he is talking about?
That's just not true. Everybody in the hood was watching the show that I know. His ego is outta contral. He wanted to make a Family Matters reboot all about himself. The show was a spin-off of Perfect Strangers and Jo Marie Payton's character on that show. Now, Jaleel was trying to jack the entire series back around 2012 and kick the original cast to the curb and make it all about growing up as Jaleel playing Urkel.
Every black person I knew watched Family Matters. My younger brother who is Jaleels age hipped me to it and my kids watched it. We loved it. I think. JALEEL feels a way about not being the “ it” guy amongst black women in the industry. He said that we only like “ hood” guys which is a sweeping generalization.
He is the face of Black Millennial Nerds & we're still proud of him for this. I've heard some elders says it's because he was a younger version of JJ and "Dyn-o-mite". I hate it because we in the community may not know how much he was labeled a sellout by us because of the character he played.
Jaleel knows his position in our culture better than the guy commenting on him . He can give his personal perspective, he earned that. Let’s give him the respect we give all the other CLASSIC TV SHOW characters.
It’s crazy he says this about the show but my husband and I flew from Okinawa Japan to visit friends in South Korea over the thanksgiving holiday and we ended up watching Family Matters and reminiscing about the show. We’re in different age groups but enjoyed the show just the same.
He is entitled to his opinions, as they are tied to his feelings and his reality. I have no space to judge this man. I loved that show because it emphasized patients, forgiveness, love, growth, family. It repped black nerds, it showed that black children can be smart. I'm buying that book btw.
Everybody I know watched Family Matters. We even loved watching Full House and Blossom, RoseAnn, Love and the Marriage, Elf, Brady Bunch. All those shows back then were good shows. We didn’t watch because they were black sitcoms, we watched because we enjoyed those shows back then
Those other shows such as Fresh Prince, Martin, Cosby, and Living Single were tailored around adult-centered demographics. I feel that Family Matters were geared to the kids that were in the age group of elementary to high school. Although the storyline matured as the sitcom grew older to match the demographics. It wasn't tailored for the entire culture or Black experience 🤷🏽♂️
Hood and ghetto wasn’t considered the black experience until well after N.W.A. and Menace 2 Society. Most BP grew up more like Family Matters than Cosby, Fresh Prince, or some hood fantasy film.
Instead of leaving it The Harriet Winslow Show, they decided to focus too much on Steve Urkel. There should've been more of a balance and less of Mr. White.
@@rickyclover9393it was a mistake to put in on that one characters shoulders. They did the same with good times. It became about jj and what awhile of becomes ridiculous. Even with that being said we still supported it but don't be mad that we liked you show just not as much as those other ones. No one kid on the Cosby show took over. It was about a family. Living single wasn't just one character neither was a different world.
I think his point is, as a black show Family matters isn't respected like others such as Living Single or Martin, it is a family show more than a black show...but remember Bill Crosby did the same stuff about criticizing black people....
But how? It’s a bunch of black family shows that aren’t really talked about enough. Like for one the show South Central starring Larenz Tate. Wait and In Da house.
@@chillbest14 I think he is referring to the perceived stigma around Steve character and the real life rejection he felt was his character as he became a cultural icon, but yes there are literally hundreds of black driven shows who don't give any love however they are primarily black known like Roc...
"It's a family show more than a black show" what????? You do see how crazy that sounds. A black show can't be a family show? The Cosby show wasn't a family show? In the house, 227, sister sister, they weren't family shows? What the hell is a black show on your mind?
To be fair, Family Matters might have ranked lower because of those silly storylines they had in the later seasons. Not to say it’s not a great show because I think it was pivotal in a lot of black and Hispanic households but they jumped the shark after the ratings went low. It still doesn’t take away how much it means to us viewers. Growing up, I loved it and it still remains one of my favorites
I think people are not seeing the context in what he's saying. We tend to look at wholesome shows like Family Matters like SOFT as opposed to Boyz in the Hood or Menace because during that time, Black image shifted from Cosby to Crooklyn. I get it from an actor prospective.
It was a kids show, written by white people. It was barely relatable, a show that was at first about a blue collar family and became about a nerd who can travel through time and clone himself. Btw, I'm black and watched every episode. Bought the series too.
Right, BP did like the fact that Urkel represented that BP can be highly intelligent “nerds” too and the fact that it did not stereotype BP as a struggle story…… He does not know what he is talking about
Urkel barely time traveled. They teleported to France a couple episodes. Mainly they used that machine to transform Steve to Stephon because Jaleel didn’t want to play Urkel all the time. Black people loved seeing cool charismatic smooth black guy get the attention of his next door crush he couldn’t get with Steve. All in all you saw black people in a show about black people that was successful. I’m personally glad it wasn’t Good Times or the Jefferson’s. Family Matters was successful and didn’t have to show urbanized black culture throughout the show. There are black people that don’t mirror urban life and culture as strongly as others do. It’s still black people in a melting pot society that’s America. You see black love and friendship and black parenting and black family.
@@blessed3779he seems to be saying that's what the industry wants/ wanted to push but some BP did feel FAMILY matters wasn't "really black" that's probably why he said look at ourselves not all of course
@@oophorror2251 I wonder who wrote the episode about the Winslow family quilt. Or the episode Eddy was racially profiled by a white cop when he was driving in a white neighborhood trying to go to a party. Here’s what I’m saying, most episodes was culturally neutral, meaning it could be any family. Honestly, living in America we may have a lot of things in common with most families. Why not write that? Everyone there was black. I’m not sure who was in the writers room, those writers weren’t writing about Jewish culture. The actors, being black, executed lines in ways that only black people could have expressed it. I do think it’s a black show and the black experience doesn’t come down to the urban experience or anything solely that.
@@rogerblewett5595shiidd. Lol! Martin and the fresh prince, definitely better and I also preferred living single, a different world, the Cosby show over family matters as well. I outgrew family matters after awhile. Even then I still watched it. So jaleel is tripping
The truth is that by the second season, it was more "The Steven Urkel Show", & it had very little to do with the "Family" part of Family Matters! Everyone knows it, including Mr. White. It started as a show centered around a black family, which the white writers couldn't write about, & then they got lucky & found the character Urkel, which doesn't have a culture attached to & anyone can write about that prospective. After the second season, the character of Steven Urkel was in 90-95% of each episode. That's the real reason they got let go of the character of Judy. 🤷♂️
He is. He said specifically the 90s. What black sitcoms in the 90s were hood? He was comparing his show to the other shows that were on at that time. Which ones were hood? That's the confusion.
@Xfactor444-x4n i just looked at the clip. It seems like he was speaking in general about how people perceived black entertainment. I understood where he was coming from
The best part about Family Matters is it gave White America a view of the black family that was absolutely black without the blackness being the point of the show. And it was more relatable, even if not more popular, to a wider audience than Fresh Prince and the Cosby Show because most people regardless of color aren't making that kind of bread.
Im really heartbroken he felt that way. Family Matters was a positive show for the Afro American middle class you wasnt rich like fresh prince and the Cosbys it was for the folk that was getting by...Martin and living single was for the younger single (heavy on the single) folks back then
Favorite Family Matters episode is the Christmas episode when Laura and Steve switched places. She was the nerd and he was a Winslow. Finally Laura got a glimpse at what it was like to be Steve. I loved family matters. About to start the series w/ my kids. ✌🏾
A black man said what he said and here he is being criticized for and how he said it. They think he needs to come on their show and talk at him like they're doing him a favor! No!
This dude has lost his damn mind. There wasn't a single person that I knew growing up that DIDN'T watch and LOVE that show. He doesn't know what the Hell he's talking about. If you grew up back then, you ALREADY KNOW that any of the so called "Hood Shows" ALWAYS wound up getting cancelled. They would be lucky to get out of the First Season without being cancelled. Here's looking at you South Central.
Let’s keep it 💯. Family matters is a great show, however this show cannot actually compete against living single, Martin, fresh prince, everyone hates Chris, etc. there are alot of shows that out class family matters
I think he doesn't want to deal with the fact that he had more to do with the writers and the production of the show that he did anything else. So first few seasons where he truly was not the focal point were actually the best seasons to me. Then once a veered off to a bunch of silliness I think it turned people off because while it was a sitcom a lot of times it wasn't even something that you could fathom. Which is why it may not ranked as high when we talked about the shows that just comes top of mind when you think of the greats from our community. However most of us who grew up in that time period still think of that show
As a kid, I loved Family Matters and was a big fan of Steve Urkel. I even dressed up as Urkel when I was like 5 or 6 for Halloween one year. But the ironic part of Jaleel's statement is, if it wasn't for the show shifting the concentration off of the Winslow family dynamic and deciding to focus on Steve being clumsy and irritating Carl, the show would probably have been on that level with The Cosby Show and resignated more as a "black centric" show. They covered some real black issues in the earlier episodes before they decided to go to slapstick comedy with Steve and the other characters Jaleel played on the show. But that all being said, the series was definitely a huge part of my childhood and a lot of black kids growing up in the late 80s and early 90s.
The TV sitcom Family Matters was a spin-off of the ABC sitcom Perfect Strangers. The child that played Steve took over when it writers thought it was easier to let his talent show.

Jaleel's my dude but Family Matters was in high regard in the black community. I remember Eddie being harassed by white cops and also the episode with the grandmother's family quilt. He should have gotten a few emmys for his performance. Eurkel is still a large part of pop culture.

Had nothing to do with it not being hood. Outside of Urkel, the characters are not that memorable for anything that they did or said. And let’s be real, it wouldn’t have lasted more than 2 seasons if they didn’t make Steve a fixture on the show. He got them 9 seasons. Outside of a few episodes the story lines were not super memorable. The show is great don’t get me wrong but it’s definitely on a second or third tier of black sitcoms / shows.
As a 90’s baby born in 92 and watching this show with my mom. I understand that this man is hurt or disappointed about the show not being first choice when it comes to other black shows that came out in the 90’s and that’s ok. Most of the actors that were in those shows have been present in entertainment for a long time up until this day. Only person that I can think of first hand that has kind of stayed relevant from the show is the Darius guy and it was not pertaining to the show most of the time lol. It does remind me of Family Matters but not enough of a presence or a Connection to have nostalgia tbh. As they said he may need to be present more in the black entertainment to get that recognition he deserves if he feels that way. Most of the black entertainers that were around, around his time are still around.

Family matters was corny. It was a black spin-off from a white show perfect strangers. The show started off as a story about a black middle-class family then it turned into a show about a nerdy simp. Time to be totally honest it wasn't that funny. And it was on the same network with a bunch of other shows that weren't that funny. TGI Fridays on ABC were shows geared towards White audiences.
IDK if his statement is valid but I can say that Hollywood refuse to show a black man in a positive light. No representation of a father raising a family and staying out of trouble.

How do people not like Family Matters. It was good for what it was. It ran for 9 years, so somebody liked it! I just don't understand the Black community at times. Why do we have to hate or devalue one thing to uphold another? He was stating a fact about the lens by which the shows were created. The Fresh Prince was amazing but it was from a hip-hop hood lens. @rblu7916 who said "celebrities" had to be smart 🤣? Just because he PLAYED a genius doesn't MAKE him one, 🤷🏾♀️ LOL.
@dsongbird HE said blacks don't support Family Matters.

That part 🎯! 😂
Well he turned on the character because he got type casted. Last year he ran back to eat for an animated Christmas special where Steve meets Santa. So its all his own doing.
See who’s in a relationship with 😮
Living Single was about a magazine owner, a lawyer, a buyer for a boutique an executive secretary, a stocker broker and a handy man. Martin was about a radio turned talk show host and Gina and Pam were executives. Where the hood at???? I like Jaleel when he was seen and not heard, like when he was on Hell's Kitchen.

He really do need him to be quiet.
@mstoi38
So what was Cole on Martin ??? Or Jazz on Fresh prince ??? that was just a common theme for black sitcoms back then
@rogerblewett5595 Cole and Jazz were friends of the family who added comic relief for sure.

Jaleel and carlton roles matched who they were in real life. They dont mess with the community but they get emotional when the community shows them the same energy.

I really enjoy re watching Family Matters.
My generation simply outgrew
“Did I do that?”
There’s no hate.
Black ppl been watching anime that's not a new phenomenon. I grew up in the 90s watching dragonball z, Sailor Moon, and more.

Family matters
Living single
Sanford and son
In Living color
Full house

All those shows was supported in the black communities, everyone know when those shows are on we in the house watching them, he's talking foolishness in my opinion
He's on a whoa as me world tour and he needs to wrap this up
He's promoting his book I planned to buy his memoir but at this point there's no point of buying since he told all of the stories in the book.

My favorite episode was the one when Eddie got arrested and Carl stepped up to the white officers the way a strong black father should 🫡
Jaleel knows his position in our culture better than the guy commenting on him .
Family Matters was good up to the 4 or 5th season when Urkel's antics started getting repetitive and him stalking laura was Hella annoying to
He is entitled to his opinions, as they are tied to his feelings and his reality.

Exactly...

True
Hood and ghetto wasn’t considered the black experience until well after N.W.A. and Menace 2 Society. Most BP grew up more like Family Matters than Cosby, Fresh Prince, or some hood fantasy film.
Family Matters was a TV hit but not enough talent to be a classic! Wayans, Cosby, BMac, Will and Martin are GOATs..pure and simple..
I agree. It was enjoyable to watch back then. The actors were good but none of them stood out enough for it to become a classic.
Instead of leaving it The Harriet Winslow Show, they decided to focus too much on Steve Urkel. There should've been more of a balance and less of Mr. White.
Harriet Winslow show was the foundation but low ratings at end of season 1 on the verge of cancelation. Steve Uriel gave the show a 10 year life span.
@@rickyclover9393it was a mistake to put in on that one characters shoulders. They did the same with good times. It became about jj and what awhile of becomes ridiculous.

Most those shows had a Jewish writing staff with a couple of black writers thrown in. Even the Wayans Brothers had J producers.
@@oophorror2251 I wonder who wrote the episode about the Winslow family quilt. Or the episode Eddy was racially profiled by a white cop when he was driving in a white neighborhood trying to go to a party. Everyone there was black. I’m not sure who was in the writers room, those writers weren’t writing about Jewish culture. The actors, being black, executed lines in ways that only black people could have expressed it. I do think it’s a black show and the black experience doesn’t come down to the urban experience or anything solely that.

On point📍I just made a comment about that slapstick comedy which lost a lot of us toward the end.

Well then there must be some magic clue inside these gentle walls
'Cause all I see is a tower of dreams
Real love burstin' out of every seam
As days go by 🎵
We're gonna fill our house with happiness
The moon may cry
We're gonna smother the blues with tenderness
When days go by
There's room for you
Room for me
For gentle hearts an opportunity
As days go by 🎶
It's the bigger love of the family!!

Family matters was the ish
IDK if his statement is valid but I can say that Hollywood refuse to show a black man in a positive light. No representation of a father raising a family and staying out of trouble.
Carl Winslow and Uncle Phil were both strong father figures. What u on about?
@ that’s my point sir thank you for that. Those shows went off air in the 90’s this is 2024. If black ppl don’t produce it then we’ll never see it
@@hollywoodkbbadstepdad6152 Jews produced Family Matters fwiw. And both shows are still airing today, so not sure why that has any relevance. If anything Hollywoke is bending over backwards nowadays to not portray black people negatively.
I loved the show and he is right
THANK YOU‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😫🤦🏾♂️
Don’t forget 227, the Jefferson’s, neither was in the hood.
He is just grasping for straws. Irkel was silly. It was funny but it did not resonate like Cosby, Different World, Living Single. Let's be clear, itnwas not as good as the others.
I think people forget that the crossover power of family Matters was real.
Maybe more black spaces need to invite him on…it goes both ways
Facts!
Not if he is going to lash out at black people.
We don't know of they did and he rejected it? Outside of his acting in a few Black "straight to DVD" movies, and on "The Ms, Pat Show", I've only seen him recently, married to a White woman and selling his book.
Jaleel ain't got no interest in us. Chek or some of the stuff in his book. I don't think I've heard him say one positive thing about anyone black
Family Matters had to much buffoonery
I LOVED FAMILY MATTERS OUT OF ALL SHOWS I HOPE AND PRAY TO GOD HE KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS HOW MUCH LOVE HE HAVE FROM HIS PEOPLE SOON ❤️ YOUR WORK WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED 🙏🏾 ❤️
Amen and Amen
What is your favorite Martin episode “ALL OF THEM” 😂
Martin and Pam beating the possum on vacation
The episode with biggie and the Nino Brown CD player episode
And I feel, we all loved Family Matters if you grew up in the 90’s
Im friends with Cherrie Johnson from there. reach out to her. Let her talk about this. She played Max
My mother told me Cherie Johnson was on Punky Brewster back then with Soleil Moon Frye.
