Guardia is a small town mostly a summer vacation rental area so therefore traffic in summer is a problem. The traffic is less now that summer vacations are over….. but during the summer outside on the SS18 it is incredibly noisy and especially at night, you would be better off getting closer to the ocean but obviously that’s more $ or you could choose apartments more inland but they don’t have a great view and no air circulation unless you are up on top floors. I know , I ve been living in Guardia in summer since I was a boy , but anywhere in this town and all little towns along the coast are better than nothing . Super Savvy you should try doing a showing of Belmonte Calabro , my parents are from there and it’s not too far. The lido marina there is also very spacious and new units going up regularly.
@@SuperSavvyTravelersLLC yes and they won’t allow any new constructions to be built past the railway on the sea side , it’s been years now since that ordinance was past . Luckily we built our home on that side back in the 70’s and shoreline is literally at our doorstep . Get the chance go to lido Carnivale for a great dinner or just pizza . You won’t be disappointed .
It’s a noisy street by day, but if you’ve ever visited or lived in Italy you know that noise dies down by 9:00 at night. Italy has peek hours and down hours. Everything is not always going, going, going, like in the US. It’s a lovely home but I must have missed the price?!?!
BEAUTIFUL apartment......I real steal.......and what a VIEW........How many places are left in the Western World where you can actually buy such a beautiful apartment in a such lovely location for so little? Here in the States in either California or Florida....for that price you might be able to purchase, perhaps....just a two car garage......Thank You so much for sharing .....Very Beautiful indeed.....Hugs.
Please give me name of the location of the town (spelling) again? Also, could possibly add a half bath and covert a bedroom to soggiorno/living room, correct? The terrace facing the sea makes this place very nice!
This is the town where my great grandmother was born! Just received her birth certificate for my dual citizenship. Lovely apartment!
Oh how wonderful!!!! It is lovely there!

Unfortunately along this stretch of coastline, there isn't anything closer to the sea except for some commercial structures.

Thank you! We will! It is a gorgeous area.
What a lovely house!!
Really beautiful!
That is a very nice home. Large rooms and the beach across the street.
Super convenient for someone who wants to walk everywhere.
What a gorgeous terrace and the awnings are a great addition. Looks like a great value.
That terrace is huge and those awnings add a lot of value.
18000 euros is a house or just an apartment? Could you let me know thanks your time ❤
How much money for this 🏡? Thanks 🙏
so sorry until the end i saw it was 139,000
How far from SDT
Nice place. From my experience as a realtor and home owner in urban areas, the road noise becomes " white noise". Not an issue for me
That’s right, we didn’t even notice the noise while we were there as we were so absorbed by that fantastic view! This village is 45 min from SDT.
You are making me NEED to come back :)
You would love this place! You can travel anywhere for here.

It is ¸€139,000
Thank you!
Great place, love that patio! Is that a train track directly across from it? That might be deal killer for me. Cheers Kirk
Yes it is, but the trains are all electric and much quieter than a truck driving by.
I think that is called a Sitz bath
Interesting!
I love 💕 it! Views for dayz and noise and all 😂
Totally and walking distance to EVERYTHING! You don't need a car. You can go everywhere on the train.

That’s right… and there would still be no sea view from that garage!

Please see the video title. Yes, you could add the half bath. The terrace is indeed nice!
Nice place! I'm more of a mountain country/farm house type person, but it would be nice to know roughly what this would sell for.
Hi! This one is going for €139,000. Amazing value for a place right on the sea.
It's a very nice place, but how do you get into it? You didn't snow an entry/stairs/hall, etc. Transporter pad? Beam me up, Scotty!
Hi Joh,
LOL There is an entrance door on the side with stairs. The stairs are communal. Next time I will do an establishing shot.
@@SuperSavvyTravelersLLC Thank you very much! It would help.
It’s beautiful. The only thing it has 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom.
It does have that limitation, but there is room to add at least another service bathroom if you needed it.
@@SuperSavvyTravelersLLC Good . Thanks
How far is this from SDT?
About a 45 min drive south.
Livingroom?
You could turn one of the bedrooms into a soggiorno.
Could you add a half bath?
Of course.
How many steps are there?
There are two flights of stairs.
Is there a monthly assessment fee?
I don't believe so as it is not a condominium. I would have to check though. Do you want to email me at info@supersavvytravelers.com?
Quanto?
€139,,000
Is there anything in this area for under $50k with a sea view? Over 50 sq m? Or is that not realistic?
Most likely … you could search on www.idealistsa.it

No problem, New Yorkers can buy this apartment too, please email us at info@supersavvytravelers.com.
Do not care for this property at all.
Then it is not for you.
