FYI..... Semper Fi Service Dogs, here in Florida, takes dogs from shelters to train and get to people that need a dog for daily duties and life. I was honored to talk with them and assist in getting dogs and their handlers, in need, connected so they could spend their lives fulfilled while also saving TWO lives at a time. ❤️

Animals are for us and we all would be wise to respect and cherish them. In these areas and in many other countries animals are taken for granted. They need to be fixed for a starter! Even in Arizona many do not take care of their animals. I was told that they think they are "just dogs" here. I look at my dog and am amazed I can have such a magical thing in my life.

SpayIng and neutering is not correct. It's against nature laws. Gradually the breed and species will go extinct. This is permanent solution for temporary problem. Solution is to raised awareness among people to take care of street dogs and other animals. In a street there May be at least 3houses . if they can take care of food water and medical care sharing, the problem is solved. For shelter they can create a smaller area or small section on there homes during rain or cold.

You are bringing so much healthy sanity and joy into my chaotic life. Have to admit, I busted loose a few tears of gratitude, touched by your compassion and generosity toward the dogs... and of course, your beautiful family. So glad people like y'all are alive on Earth and doing what you do. I love how Camper was wiggling and jumping with joy when you got back. You are a beautiful human being, and he's a beautiful dog.
My dad was lucky enough to retire early, and He started his own pet rescue. So I was raised into it as well. Animals are as much a blessing to us as we are to them.
I love your direct approach to helping animal rescues. This way we know our donations will go to directly where they are needed without bureaucracy. To me this was overall one of the best videos you ever made and I can't wait to see your family grow!

Literally about to cry, you are absolutely using you platform for good. My dream has been a rescue ranch for years and I see far too few ppl on social media bringing attention to this. Poor sweet babies, I wish I could save them all. I wish everyone cared.

@@kingleonidas6352 You do know van/bus/camper life is a real thing. Sometimes people start out in a car. IDK she seems to know quite a bit about dehumidifying packs and other things. Do I think she spends some time in hotels, yes, to be on the road that long would be very tough, but I do believe she has said she takes breaks so as not to burn out, so there is nothing deception.

This really hits home since my mom adopted the Dogs of a neighbor who passed away awhile back, Took em off the street & taught them that the neighbour's yard is still safe & feeds & tends to them almost everyday

I was so honored to donate to such an amazing cause. Two of my dogs were rescued from the Texas/Mexico border. Sadly, there are so many loving dogs that need a home, just in that region alone! I’m so happy that you’re able to organize such an amazing cause like this! ❤🙏🏽

Living in Israel with presently 4 elderly dogs and 10 cats and a bunch of neutered strays who have food and shelter in my parking lot. There are so many strays. We have a Trap Neuter and Release program for cats which is underfunded, but better than nothing and trying to find funding for dogs as well. The shelters of all the rescue organizations are swamped and it's hard to realize that you can't rescue them all. I think you are great for caring and doing so much and the girl in Mexico 💜💜💜🐶🐱💜💜💜💜

What an awesome episode!! I love the work that Chanelle is doing. Also... I lived & worked in Los Cabos & La Paz for 12 years, teaching scuba, sea kayaking & working as a naturalist. This episode brough so many awesome memories!! I've dove in Los Islotes, (sealion colony) & kayaked Isla Espíritu Santo probably a 1000 times (& yeah, had my fair share of broken machinery that we'd to fix w/ scarce resources, lol) Love it, Love it, love it!
Now that's a family that knows how to have fun !!

I did a P & O Cruise to Vanuatu, New Caledonia and surrounding islands and I was heart broken to see the stray dogs on the smaller islands and one female dog be hounded by a group of male dogs. I wondered why someone hadn't set up a way to help the locals understand and control the problem.
But I spouse it is a massive problem around the world. Even in Queenstown New Zealand the campground we lived in and the one close by had wild cats . We found homes for at least 6 cats but again we wondered why it was hard to get a hold of the problem ?
Thank you for showing us that maybe we can make a difference and do our best to try harder to give back anyway we can. 🙏❤❤❤
Nikki, you are amazing. I am going to remember to tell you that more often. So too are people like Chanelle, who dedicate themselves to a cause, often without sufficient help. A group of youngsters in my area organized themselves and would go out during weekends to feed stray cats and dogs. They use biodegradable food bowls and would pick up after the animals are done eating. Not all stray cats and dogs get rescued, but all of them are hungry.
I like her videos because she’s a character and shows she’s having fun. She makes things exciting.

Those animals are so friendly. Took in 4 stray cats and the mom and little girl where they shyest. They would not let me stand close to them without hissing and clawing but slowly over a year I gained their trust. They still will not let me pick them up but they sooo love to be pet now. I have had all of them spayed and neutered.
