Thank you. Following my mother in law suggestion. 😉 Boiling the brine helps to blanch the Radish. 🙂

I don't see why not? I use the same technique for pickling green chillies.:) Am working with the YT free music. What abt the music in particular?
How long can you keep the pickled radish in the fridge for? Does it eventually expire?
For crunch abt 3 weeks to a month. After that loses its texture but be edible up to a year from Canning. I normally finish it off way before that. 🙂
In the description, sugar is 1/2 cup but in the video it is 1 1/2cup. What is the right amount of sugar?
Should be 1 1/2 cup.
Waiting time
I find that it's good to eat after 2 days but it's a personal preference. Some like it longer. 😊
i love vidio when all the ingrieden already ready to cook, dont like video when they show chopping or peeling thing
