    Why should we not bring the brine to a boil what difference does it make?
    And love the process btw with the rain in the bg

      Thank you. Following my mother in law suggestion. 😉 Boiling the brine helps to blanch the Radish. 🙂

      @@maritesslim314 it's actually ready to eat after having it refrigerated overnight but I like to have it, a week later 😋

    Nice recipe, about the music, I think it is definitely something that feel like missing in the video.
    I have some turnips, can I prepare a pickle with them?

    How long can you keep the pickled radish in the fridge for? Does it eventually expire?

      For crunch abt 3 weeks to a month. After that loses its texture but be edible up to a year from Canning. I normally finish it off way before that. 🙂

    In the description, sugar is 1/2 cup but in the video it is 1 1/2cup. What is the right amount of sugar?

      I find that it's good to eat after 2 days but it's a personal preference. Some like it longer. 😊
