    Looks like a lot of work. I like my soup to be the richer type…like your clam chowder and salted veg and duck soup. Taste really good:)

      Not really, it is simple ingredients wise, just need some monitoring in its cooking.

      You make up a slurry using the mince, eggs and vegetables. Add the stock to it and bring to a boil and lower the heat to a gentle simmer as in the video. The beef and egg raft is used as a filter to clarify the stock. It is discarded or removed after it has soaked up the impurities. The resulting liquid should be a clear consomme. You can substitute the beef with Minced chicken if you like.
