She-hulk was Stan's last creation for Marvel until Ravage 2099 in the 90's. He created her because he was afraid NBC would because at the time the show was popular and they had created the spinoff Bionic Woman from the 6 million $ man and wanted to make sure marvel got the rights to any female Hulks.

I just picked up ASM 344 ( along with 360 and 361) for a great price as well yesterday . All very high grade, and at a great price. although I have never sold any books, my plan is to sell them as a set when the Venom 2 hype train rolls around. Solid haul, especially that X-men 4.
1st appearance of Cletus Cassidy is cool...it’s always good to pick up books that feature characters before they get super powers...just look at Kamala Khan ms Marvel and Jaime Reyes (infinite crisis #3) and becomes blue beetle in infinite crisis #5...super movie specs😎👍
