Those dumplings look just fine to me. And the giggling girl didn't cause any trouble whatsoever. Also good to see your boy out there hammering those squirrels.
I have never gone hunting before, I want to try squirrel hunting. I have never tried eating squirrel before, wondering what it tastes like. Thanks for the video, you make this look doable.
Thank you for a cuss free clean post. This means so much to me. Cute little boy and I hope I see more of him in time to come. Thank you for sharing. Take care and God Bless. 🧡
Hey man, ive been using your recipe for squirrel dumplings this year and i have to say, it is truly delicious. Thank you and your grandma from the bottom of my heart. Ive tried several ways to cook squirrel and this is by far my favorite! Thanks again!
Tell ya what bud I watched you get these in that other video and man this looks delicious. I've made some mean squirrel stew and buffalo squirrel tenders but this looks really good.
Great video man I'm going to have to try that recipe one of these days. I wanted to ask you are you going to do any turkey hunting this hunting season.
Thanks! Turkey season has closed here. I would love to do some Turkey hunting but there aren't many around where I live. I would have to travel to hunt them I've put in for some draw hunts but they haven't drew yet.
Couple questions: Let's say you killed the squirrels a week ago, how do you store them and then restore them for when you're ready to cook? Or do you skin them immediately after killing and then store "naked" (for lack of a better term lol). Thank you, very much enjoy your videos. Trying to teach my children how to be self-sustaining in an unstable world.
Yeah I clean them not to long after I get'em. I'll put them in water in the fridge if I just need to keep them a couple day and freez them in water in a freezer bag if imma gonna store them for longer.
Looked through videos but can't seem to figure out what state you're from. Could anyone help? What accent is that ? Dated a guy from Alabama that talked about squirrel and dumplins and I was all for it. He's gone, but I'm just gonna have to get it for myself then 😆. Guys are mostly just words no action. Can't wait to try the chicken of the tree 😋

Man that’s some good eating right there! My mom always talks about how my grandma cooked this for the family all the time! Might try it this fall!
I like 'em fried up but I get voted out every time. The rest of the family loves these dumplings.

I love squirrel dumplings
Learning alot from videos jesus is the way he is returning soon amen
Looks like a nice hearty family meal, could use a little chives and garlic powder though but still looks tasty nonetheless
Thanks for the recipe.
When's the best season to hunt squirrels? Are they leaner in the summer?
They're just a lean animal I don't think it matters much when you hunt them. Season is open in Oklahom from May to January.

My family love it! We make stew out of squirrels too, never tried them buffalo style. U just fry'em up and roll'em in buffalo sauce?
That’s some fine eating right there!
My wife and kiddos love this stuff!!

I just got hungry!!!!
Well if ya fix up a batch let me know what ya think!
How long do you have to let the squirrels sit in the pot until the meat peels off
Depends on the squirrel. The old tough ones about an hour or so. The the youn tender ones not quite that long. I usually just check 'em periodically
Белки у вас как еврашки 😂
does squirrel taste like rabbit? thanks
kinda
Id have to throw an onion in there.
