Damien should have been way higher.... the boy has pipes... founding and current member of Celtic Thunder. Jenna should have been way higher. These ratings were who the OP liked best

Fer Veloz dianna doesn’t. She is a good singer. But you can’t compare a nice and soft voice to a broadway voice....she has a nasal voice and her voice is not strong
Can we talk about everyone forgetting Charmaine (Sunshine) and her epic As Long as You're There and All By Myself covers? I mean, even Rachel sent her to a crack house because she was so talented! She should be in the TOP 5.

There's no denying Lea's talent. She has an impressive vocal register, good vocal quality, and power. But she was given a LOT of pop/rock songs on the show and it just... didn't work for her voice type. The writers and music directors honestly gave her too much credit because I don't think she's that versatile of a singer in terms of different styles and genres. She's overtrained and technical and it doesn't work for more contemporary pop, rock, or R&B. Her vocal quality is too bright and her way of singing and her delivery is too theatrical. Her pop music career is proof. Sia wrote her songs, Lea tried to mimic Sia's style and it just...yikes. When she sang Barbra Streisand, showtunes, and even Celine Dion, she flourished. When she sang stuff like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, or Halestorm (I'm sorry since a lot of you love that cover of Here's to Us but I thought it was awful), she would sound really teflon-y and it felt like... kind of like a sugar hangover when you eat something that's really really sweet but makes you feel nauseous or gives you a headache after.
Lea is good but with her voice, she sounds like she belongs in Disney channel musical. I literally thought glee was supposed to target people under 10 just because of Lea’s voice

When I watched Glee, I was surprised by some of their vocals - considering some of them didn't have much/any training, it's quite applaudable (Although it is difficult as these have all been edited in the studio but)
Only two voices gave me 'chills' -- and still do: Damian McGinty and Chris Colfer. I'm so glad that Damian is doing great things, with a world-wide fanclub, and wish that Chris would sing again. The best female voice, in my opinion, was Melissa Benoist. Opinion only, so don't get stroppy with me.
i totally think i would've loved rory/damian more if they maybe had him sing more cheerful songs? like, all of his songs were deep, soulful and lowkey depressing, the only thing that made them bearable was how good damian was at singing them.

Only two voices gave me 'chills' -- and still do: Damian McGinty and Chris Colfer. I'm so glad that Damian is doing great things, with a world-wide fanclub, and wish that Chris would sing again. The best female voice, in my opinion, was Melissa Benoist. Opinion only, so don't get stroppy with me.

i totally think i would've loved rory/damian more if they maybe had him sing more cheerful songs? like, all of his songs were deep, soulful and lowkey depressing, the only thing that made them bearable was how good damian was at singing them.
