New and Improved FAQ: After experimentation I have noticed constantly one listen will result in a permanent effect. Therefore each listen you create a permanent change. You download an entire packet of data, like a zip file that will then unpack itself and continue making changes. Even months later. i usually just lurk but this time i have to gush. i've tried sapien's, sigh energy's and maitreya's fields, both free and premium, which worked for me in variable degrees. however i've never really "felt" them. i didn't know what i was supposed to feel but the most i've ever got was a sort of a feeling of a feeling, if it makes sense. but this one and a couple of others on your channel, including the sensitivity inhancer, just blew me away, quite literally. i still don't know how to describe the feeling, but i do feel it. even after the video stopped the vibration, literal, physical vibration is still there. just wow.
also, i kinda feel like your fields are more youthful compared to many others, more playful. maybe it's the music and the fact that they are so short and sweet, but they somehow "feel" (yeah) light and fun.

Suggestion offering: release the egoic identity program and it's correlating desires in order to align with the soul and correlating desires/ soul purpose. Like death of the false identity in order to allow the rebirth of the soul essence. I think if I remember correctly it says to use 1 or 2 times a day at most until you receive your desired affect and then maybe once a week as a top up.
Also maybe give the xanax field by Morpheus a go as Nexus suggested and see how you feel with it.

Yes you can stop. The field will still be working, and you should still notice things changing. If it ever stops, like you feel you are not getting enough results. Listen once as a refresher, but generally speaking after 30 days it should be fully integrated ❤️
