We would like to welcome another installment to our wonderful Energy Protection series.
As you may already know,
Our aura is the energy field that surrounds our bodies at an energetic level. In a nutshell, our Aura is our essence and protects us from harm while also reflecting the core of our being. Auras can also appear in multiple colors, each hue reflecting the type of energy/vibrations you are emitting out into the universe.
Our amazing auras already do a an amazing job of protecting us from negative energies and entities. However, that space can become compromised and that is why there is a need for psychic self-protection. This attack is a mental or energetic intrusion that enters your energy field or aura.
Psychic attacks are more common than you might imagine, and they range from barely noticeable to full out life-threatening spiritual warfare. Every day, we are affected by unseen energies that can have either positive or negative influence in our lives.
Psychic attacks affect everyone differently. Some of us may bounce back up quickly, while others experience these assaults much more intensely. During the assault, some individuals may feel as if their energy has plummeted. The victim will also experience anxiety and other negative thoughts.
This form of attack can be unintentional. For instance, someone gossiping or having negative thoughts about you. On the other hand, it can be intentional. Leave the ‘binding’ part as it takes toll on your energy overtime. Just visualize a reflective coating over your aura that reflects back any psychic attack. Never go into specifics like ‘person X’ etc cause; 1. It will drain your energy further. 2. Person X might be completely innocent and you just imagined them attacking you psychically, which means; you are actually the person psychic attacking person X, which will return to you again and your energy takes another compounded hit.
This is why its always best to forgive, remove any existing damage, fortify protection against future attacks and just state ‘any intentional or habitual evil eye and psychic attacks are all returned upon sender’ without targeting anyone.

I’ve made so-called narcissists cry, though I don’t recommend taking the dark triad lightly maybe some have deep core trauma that they are impossibly afraid of showing. It’s often not personal. I was called a narcissist my whole life when I was born into the classical music biz, it tore up my dad and everyone treated him like a celebrity but it was just ptsd from the piano competitions, it passed on to me.
