HOLY RUST HOLE!! Fixing a rust hole the right way! PART 1

Shortly after buying my '97 Jeep TJ I saw some bubbling under the paint. Upon investigation I found someone had just Bondo'd over some rust and slapped some paint on it! Follow along as I fix it the right way this time!
