Jennifer, thank you SO much for putting your engineering and creative talents to work on 5x7 cards! This video is one I'll be watching again and again.
I really enjoyed this video & technique. I make A7 cards & cover plates for this size are we & far between. A2 of course are common & this let’s me use those for A7. Thanks so much!

Well I can see actually for over 2,923 persons and it only came out today. I would think you have billions of followers all over the World. I am going to have another look at this video on the 1 Jan 2022 .Thank you, excuse me while I go and play with my dies while I have this idea fresh in my brain. Oh and God Bless you Always!!
I love my dies the most of all of my supplies so you can imagine how much I am enjoying this technique. I also love the no-nonsense get it done way you teach. TFS

A bit off topic, but I wanted to say your nails lately are gorgeous! Not easy to keep pretty hands while crafting (don’t we all know?!) so your efforts are admired! ❤️
Oh my, I am super excited about the emboss and die cut folders! They are the cats meow!!!! Gorgeous cards as always, and I cant wait to try this with so many of the die cuts that I already have!!! Thanks for the great tips....... Your the best!
Amazing...just amazing!!! I have no idea how you come up with so many great ideas. You're our crafting Muse! Thank you for always taking the time to show us awesome and amazing techniques. These will go a long way. And yes, it is nice to have other ways of using our dies. This is wonderful! Again...thank you so much! I can't wait until next video! 😁😁🥰🥰
Absolutely genius, Jennifer. I admire your creativity and sharing in a way that all level crafters are comfortable trying new techniques you share. Hugs.
It was soooo much fun tonight. I definitely will try this process. I'm sure it will be a time saver for me. I do have the penquin bundle and look forward to make some of these cards.
Jennifer, just wanted you to know that your Thanksgiving video helped increase my awareness that some of these small businesses are struggling more than ever in Year 2 of covid. I enjoy the wide variety of dies, inks, stamps, and more that I can choose from....so I bought several things from several companies! I wasn't planning to buy at that time and I'm not sure my budget thanks you, but I look forward to some creating with new tools while doing just a bit to help them keep going. (Oh, the sacrifices we must make!). I'm not sure I'm saying this clearly, but I just wanted to thank you for supporting small businesses and encouraging crafters to do so as well.
What fabulous ideas for partial die cutting! You picked some fantastic dies to use and I’m looking forward to seeing the end result on cards. Have a great day Jennifer and thank you for all the inspiration!
Thank you, Jennifer! I have never seen a die/emboss folder like that shown at the end - wow!!! 😍 As always, I appreciate all the ways you show to stretch our supplies. Happy Christmas to you and yours! ❤️🎄✨
Hi Jennifer, Love, Love, Love this technique! ❤️❤️❤️. It is so AMAZING. You have such wonderful ideas and definitely will try this with a lot of my dies. Thank you for another great tutorial. Take care & stay safe. ❤️❤️❤️
Jennifer, this technique is truly amazing and I LOVE it. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with us. I know I keep saying this, but I so wish SSS were trading in the UK, it would take our crafting to a whole new affordable level.
I have been meaning to try partial die cutting... i will definitely give it a try in the next day or two. those are great dies. I will go take a look at them on SSS.
This is BRILLIANT! The new dies from SSS are fantastic. My pocketbook is crying lol. Thank you so much for using your Gemini Jr machine, it is a bit hard to picture the technique with the other manual type machines. As always....you are so appreciated!! TYFS ❤️🦋💜
what a fun video…I have played a little with partial die cutting, but this video gives me LOTs of new ideas…I especially liked the candles die, that really made a great look. (Oh, and your nails look great to!). Thank you again for sharing your great imagination on how to use our tools in new and creative ways!
Be careful with that dull knife. A few years ago. I sliced my index finger using a dull exacto knife. I had to have stitches. Worse yet, there was blood everywhere. My mantra, a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife. I love your videos, I have used your inspiration many times and look forward to your videos to learn even more. Thank you.
I love your youtube videos showing techniques. All of the other tubers seem to just make a card. But, you are full of fantastic ideas! Thanks so much for your educational videos. BTW Merry Christmas.
Just a note to thank you for all your inspiration. I found a Frixion erasable clicker pen by Pilot, earases cleaner then a pencil mark you might want to try it. jn
Just an FYI to anyone watching: at 5:20 when Jennifer states that the die is the Majestic Medallion and that’s the wording that appears typed on the screen, it’s actually the Magnetic Medallion. The Kaleidoscope Medallion die corresponds with the Kaleidoscope embossing folder and the Magnetic Medallion die corresponds with the Magnetic embossing folder. There may be other medallion/embossing folder partners, but these are the two that I bought. The Kaleidoscope “set” also includes a large cling background stamp. Hope this helps!
this is fabulous, the possibilities are; limitless, I'm wondering, to make an A2 die wide enough for a 5 x 7 card should you cut it horizontally rather than vertically? I also assume you can't make it both tall and wide enoughw/o making the die cut too cut up & therefore too weak to use? or can you I can't wait to get some stuff out and play!
I have so many dies I could do this technique with - going to give it a try - did your sentiment layering and used holographic card stock on the top layer - it turned out gorgeous - you are amazing - thanks for the great ideas
Jennifer, thank you SO much for putting your engineering and creative talents to work on 5x7 cards! This video is one I'll be watching again and again.
