The best thing about Arkham City was the voice cast. Zsasz was awesomely creepy in Asylum and legitimately scary in City. Heck, every single voice actor in that game was just amazing... whoever did the casting deserves a medal :D
The main tune itself is recycled from Asylum, it's only played in the tunnel from Arkham East to Arkham West en route from the Mansion to the Penitentiary.

I scanned the screen and Batman was like "There's nothing important here". LOL. If the game made you acknowledge him he would become a number 1 priority, possibly over the cloudburst. Even the rioters thought that the hanged mutilated bodies were Zsasz's work, you can hear their chit-chats.@@testexample384
What a rush these phone calls were. You're just gliding to your next objective and off in the distance you hear a phone ringing, you answer it and then BOOM! this starts playing and realising that you have 2 minutes or less to get half way across the map, you fucking go! This music is perfect and I love it so much, it fits so well with the situation, Batman is rushing to the phone several hundred meters away to save the lives of 2 innocent people. You better hope you have the grapnel boost when this shit happens
When I first played, I thought the AR challenges were pointless and I didn’t even get the grapnel boost until after I finished the main story. I have no idea how I managed to complete the zsasz mission lol
I hadn't known much of the Batman canon until playing this game, I thought the villains might ALL be over-the top and gimmicky. Then I find out the lore has fuckers like Zsasz. This guy is actually plausible. Hell, I'm sure there have been people exactly like him.

I remember playing this game as a kid and this music absolutely terrified me of not reaching the phone in time to the point, I was scared to do anything with Zsasz.
This, the opening theme, the courtroom music, Initiation Time, and You Should have Listened to my Warning are my top 5 favorite pieces of music from this game. I'd same the Zsasz theme is the best though.
