You probably won't see this message, but here's hoping you make it through your your current episode, Mr. Bloch. Your videos have been getting me through a rough transition in life. I can't think you enough.
This one is a true gem ! Such wisdom] and hope presented in such a small amount of time. I am back in hell again and I know that "This too shall pass!" Douglas, you are looking and sounding good and it may not seem like it but you are getting better! Sending hugs from Florida
Sometimes in your depression you can feel that no one out in the world cares and seeking help is pointless, but it’s not true. Always reach out for help, because you can’t do it alone.

Hope you’re feeling a little lighter Douglas. I am hoping it is or is getting sunnier where you are, and you are able to go outside and get some sun on your face. And deeply breathe in the fresh air. And maybe smile in that moment. And that you’ll feel better and better, even if some moments bring you back down again. Much love to you.

Hi I just want to tell anyone out here.I was in severe depression couldn't leave my bed, then I prayed a lot but also started a new medication...it was worth it now even though I have lack of pleasure still sometimes I am functional never give up I didn't have to wait long for my ordeal to get better just made some adjustments I believe yours will get better too.Nothing lasts forever trust in God also that helps. update:Im in depression again my doctor used my dosage please wish me luck
Hey Douglas, thanks for sharing your wisdom here. It’s people like you we need more of in these times. Am I curious: Would you say you’re somehow grateful for your times in the valley of darkness ? I feel like when one is in it the thought of being grateful is absurd, but if you look back at it and see what person you became afterwards it’s a feeling of it had to be that way, because it put me on this track of becoming a better person and doing things you love.
Hi Doug. I started having depression symptoms since 2017. I've been on treatment since then. It has been a series of ups and downs. Overall my condition is relatively deteriorated today. My dr tell me in my case that it is persistent depressive disorder. Its been like 7 years on medication. I am losing hope.
