I love avocados. Eggs I eat occasionally. My friend was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so I'm glad she's changed her diet to consume more of what you suggest in this video. Thank you for sharing your wisdom ❤️

Hello, I have type 2 diabetes and CKD, I don't know what I can eat or consume. The research I've done hasn't helped me. Do you have a list of foods that I can eat with me having these problems? I'd appreciate your help. If you would please think about doing a video for those of us that have these issues. Thank you for your help and great videos!!!
Thank you for watching and for your feedback. Consider incorporating whole, plant-based foods that are rich in fiber into your diet. This includes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. You may also include fish and poultry (lean meats). Avoid processed meats, foods with added sugars, and red meats. Dietary restrictions for kidney disease and diabetes depend on the stage of the disease. Please consult your local CKD dietitian or medical doctor for specialized recommendations based on your current health condition. Thank you 🙏
@@NotesForWellness Thank you so much! My current Dr. just keeps telling me to do research online and won't help me but I'm in the process of finding a new Dr. I'm in stage 3a I think it was and just a few points from being 3b, as far as my results from over a year ago. My kidney Dr. keeps moving and I can't get anyone on the phone. This is why I asked you. Thank you very much!!!
@@cherylbarnes8110 Thank you for sharing your challenge. It's time to get a new nutrition assessment by a CKD dietitian and obtain customized recommendations. May you be blessed with good health and happiness 🙏❤
@@NotesForWellness Thank you. I am definitely going to talk to my kidney doctor. Many blessings to you and your family.
