    Hello, I have type 2 diabetes and CKD, I don't know what I can eat or consume. The research I've done hasn't helped me. Do you have a list of foods that I can eat with me having these problems? I'd appreciate your help. If you would please think about doing a video for those of us that have these issues. Thank you for your help and great videos!!!

This includes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. You may also include fish and poultry (lean meats). Avoid processed meats, foods with added sugars, and red meats. Dietary restrictions for kidney disease and diabetes depend on the stage of the disease. My current Dr. just keeps telling me to do research online and won't help me but I'm in the process of finding a new Dr. I'm in stage 3a I think it was and just a few points from being 3b, as far as my results from over a year ago. My kidney Dr. keeps moving and I can't get anyone on the phone. This is why I asked you. Thank you very much!!!
