I think that gobys common name is a rainbow goby I saw one in my local shop, the males look amazing. Really wanted one but after a bit of research I found out they like to jump... Shame I have an open top aquarium.
Hillstream Loaches aren’t exactly a fish for a nano-tank. They require 30 gallons of colder, fast moving water and a WELL ESTABLISHED tank. That means your tank should be a few years old before adding them.
I keep ottos with mine. Theyre peaceful and too quick for an aggressive betta. Just make sure you feed them properly, and they much prefer planted tanks
Personally I like to keep nerites with my betta. They don’t breed in fresh water and are very pretty algae eating snails. Shrimp are always nice, and I have seen some people keep Pygmy corydoras with a betta. It depends on what kind of setup you have and if your tank is planted.
This is fresh water. And yes, those are real plants. There are no corals, only rocks. I’m not an expert on cichlids, but if they say they eat plants then don’t put live ones in with them. Make sure you have a big enough setup to accompany the growth of the cichlids
That camera just wouldn't focus :-)
I like the way this guy talks.. Yes, I am an American lol.
Otocinclus is currently the best helper for my 40 galloon fish tank

keep a nerite and a amano
How about siamese algae eater?
Those get a little large for a nano tank. If you have a bigger aquarium, they are a great addition :)
They are really aggressive, I've had 2 in a 5 gallon and one ate the other.
But you didn't tell me how big the loach gets.
Salt water ? Are these real plants and coral? The pet store keeps telling me that my cichlids will eat plants ...they are small mind u
