Tiger Oscars are difficult to figure out the sex, once you have and you find a pair you want to mate you have to wait until they are at least 16-18 months old, and sometimes even longer. The mating session can be aggressive (which is why we think both of our males passed away with our female, they got beat up pretty well).

Hey David that's an awesome question! If the turtle seems to have shell damage or be in any sort of distress I would absolutely help it.
No he looks okay i just go visti with some of those sticks that turtles eat
