- This video is dedicated to a young lady I did not know, but for whom I grieved none the less.
I was requested to prepare a video for the funeral of a young person at our church - the video with this same name by user “crbologna5”. Although that video is beautiful, it did not display well on our large-screen projection system; the image quality (230p) was so poor as to be distracting and I felt it would not serve the family well. So I undertook to remake the video in high resolution format suitable for large-screen projection. The original author did a wonderful job with themes and images so I used some of the same images where I could find the originals, and kept most of the same themes and transitions.
Many thanks to “crbologna5” for the overall design and themes of the original video. I hope this HD version is useful to those that need to make large-screen showings, and I hope it provides some comfort to those grieving the loss of a loved one.
My brother just died a few hours ago and this is always our go to song when someone goes home to Jesus. Completely free from early onset Alzheimer’s at 58. Lord, you really are good!
Our brother Dennis died two nights ago from Alzheimer’s in Mississippi - he was 62. Playing this at our home today as we have a small memorial as my wife has a hurt back and we cannot make the trip where they will have the funeral today. God bless you all.

I lost my Mom October 11, 2022. 12 Days now. They said she'd get better. She didn't want to go. But said if God called her, she'd be ok. But wanted to live and be with us. It's so hard. My only solace, is knowing she's Whole and in Glory with our Savior . And that in His Goodness, He loves us all so much that we will all be together, again. Forever. In His and each other's Love and Arms, never to part, again. I miss and love you so much, my beautiful, sweet Mommy. ✝️🙏😇💜
I can relate to you, I lost my mom 3 months ago and it seems like yesterday !!! One day we will be together again !!!!
My son had multiple health issues due to being born almost 3 months premature. He died a week before his 9th birthday on June 5th 2019. Despite all his pain he was always smiling and happy. Although I miss him dearly knowing that he is healthy and pain free and I will see him again brings me comfort

My 15 year old son was autistic and there was an accident 2 weeks ago. He was a Believer and is with the Lord. I have lost both parents and a sister, but nothing compares to a child passing. So, when do things get to somewhat normal again?

This song is so much a comfort to my heart. Loosing two brothers who were both polio victims since 1947 and one died in December 2020 and the other one just last month 6/20/2024. I never saw them without braces and crutches or in wheel chairs or on scooters. I can hardly wait till I join them in Heaven and see them free and walking the streets of gold!🎉❤
My dear, sweet friend Stephanie went to dance with Jesus Sunday, January 9, 2022. She left behind two beautiful, strong, independent daughters and a lifetime of family friends. As much as it hurts that she's no longer here, she was ready to see her Lord and Savior. This was the first thing I thought I had when I was told of her passing. I can just hear her saying, "y'all! It's so beautiful here! My hair is back, I'm healthy, whole,and oh so happy!" I just think "Steph, we'll see you soon." Thank you Jesus! ❤

My husband has had chemo radiation, surgery for gastroesophageal junction adenicarcinoma. Wanted to make sure I could find it to okay when the time comes so we can play it for him.. Played at mom's celebration if life 12 years ago. May you be blessed.
My husband passed away from pancreatic cancer and one of the great comfort is knowing that he’s beautiful and alive and hole and basking in the joy of that place that Jesus prepared for him and I will see him soon.

My dad died in 2000. I heard this song when I visited one of my friends churches in a moment I knew I needed this song for my dads funeral he hadn't passed yet but it was just a matter of time. I finally was able to find a cassette with the lyrics. I was able to play this for my dad while he was still alive and with it. With his blessing I played this beautiful song at my fathers wake. Lost my precious, precious husband 2&1/2 years ago to Huntington's Disease. FINALLY, after all this time of having sad dreams about him at night- dreams of him being sick-I have started to have dreams where he's healthy again! I know they're "just dreams" but after not seeing him even be able to stand for SO many years, it's really nice to see him standing up even if only in my dreams/imagination! Thank you for posting this. This song was sung years ago when someone in my youth group passed away from cystic fibrosis.
Now I am confronted with someone else from my church living out her final days because she has cancer. Due to another illness that attacked her nervous system decades ago has chosen to "go home" because the cancer treatments would probably kill her. This song is a good reminder that soon she'll be free of all of this pain.

This song is so beautiful! My brother who was only 27 years died 3 weeks ago coming home from his shift. A drunk driver t-bone him and he died at the scene. He just starting working at his dream job of being a police officer for only 2 years. My family is so heart broken. He as so healthy, so happy and looking forward to enjoying life so much. We had planned vacations together. He was taken so tragically. This pain of losing him is so painful. I miss him so dearly. There is not a moment gone by that I don't think about him

Although I miss him daily, sometimes to the point of tears, I have never wished for his return, knowing the pain he was in. Had I heard this song then, I would have asked for it at his funeral, this song is quite healing, and successfully puts my feelings into words.
