This is brilliant the extra sauce I needed to land my body shots...I used to jab jab left hook to the body but started getting caught with a straight right hand...the key you showed was waiting until they covered up or respected my jab ...thank you....

Yo Coach, you should maybe invest in a microphone that you can attach to your clothes or something similair. It will make the videos and intros sound much cleaner.
@Richard Pedroza you can hear it easy, but its quiet enough to turn up the volume and the intro is loud already so you cant turn it up; you have to turn up and down. Not a big deal to me tho
in your vids you explain hook to the body in uppercut motion not like hook motion, but some boxers in your vids like natalie she hits it in hook motion clearly, i don't see very different expect the uppercut motion can hit better to the target or opponent but the hook motion can miss, i trained before and notice the different, i believe its better to hit it in any motion but not really sure about it and the hooks to the body not really safe, i want to combine combo 1-hit the body with hook and than retrieve hand to wiest line like going to hit again hook to body but shift to the head/2- drop hand to wiest line like you going to hook body but hook the head instead, i believe it's correct and dangerous, some pro boxer they kill other boxer when they hook the face from weist line, thank you coach anthony

before 2 months i heavy spar with African boxer in muay thai gym doing just pads and normal training, his hands very heavy like hammer a lot of hard sounds came when he punch my face, i counter his punchs in exact same time with left hooks over his right hand cross punches he get caught badly, it's was the first time i sparr a real boxer, since that i feel good that i handled him, in kyokushin karate when train a lot to hit in exact same time that helped me when needed, thank you very much coach Anthony i need your tips
