In the third episode of the second season, we meet the humble and eclectic chef and pastry chef David Vidal. Thanks to him, the “dessert plate” theme doesn't have any more secrets, especially concerning: the elements that compose it, the blends of tastes and the search of a connection between shapes and colors.
Thanks to his Mediterranean origins in combination with the passion for northern tastes and tendencies, David always adapts to ingredients at his disposal and succeeds in creating simple but still innovative elements, which he loves sharing with the world.
