    Step right into the world of dessert magic with our Vegan Marble Cheesecake.     INGREDIENTS (24-cm-diameter hinged mold) 📋
    For the cookie crust
    220 grams of dry cookies
    45 grams of coconut oil
    A pinch of salt
    For the white cream
    600 grams of soy vegetable cream
    400 grams of white soy yogurt
    100 grams of agave syrup
    4 grams of agar agar
    Vanilla extract
    For the strawberry puree
    500 grams of strawberries
    50 grams brown sugar
    2 grams of agar agar
    Vanilla extract
    PROCEDURE 🍴
    For the cookie base: blend the cookies and add the coconut oil. Press well with a spoon into the cake pan.
    For the strawberry cream: whisk and place in a saucepan with the agar agar and bring to a boil.
    For the white cream: after whipping the ingredients, divide the resulting cream in half. Place one of the two halves in a saucepan, add the agar agar and bring to a boil. When it reaches a boil, remove from the heat and add to the cold white cream half kept aside. Stir well.
    To get the variegated/marbled effect of mine, pour the two creams at the same time at first and then proceed alternating them as I show in the video.
    Let cool to room temperature first and then refrigerate to firm up for at least 2 hours before serving.
