We're taking gyros to the next level with this recipe for homemade smoked gyro meat. With a combination of lamb and beef chuck, the meat is ground with garlic and herbs then smoked to perfection. We served this up with a homemade tzatziki cucumber sauce, smoked feta cheese, and fresh veggies.

I'm afraid you got it wrong my friend. This has nothing to do with gyros (or yeros which sounds phonetically more correct).
This looks like some kind of Kebab.
Yeros is not made of ground meat.
Must be made from whole pieces of
meat , usually pork
Cheers
hola cuánto cuesta la máquina para cocer la carne?
What an awesome video. I'm pulling my grocery list together and getting all over this recipe. PS has the best products and these videos are great to help pump up my smoke game. Thanks for everything you do to make me look good when I roll out the food to my friends and family.
Thanks, we sincerely appreciate it! Let us know how your gyros turn out
Why speed cure?
FANTASTIC! Be right over all week for lunch...and supper! Perfection!
Great
I am from NYC
I was 18yr old when I had my first Gyro. That was over 60yrs ago. I tried making his sauce. His sauce was very louse it flowed from his wooden spoon. How do you thin the sauce and keep the flavor. He was the first experience and built a successful business
Lemon cocentrate vs juice, slightly less oil, more dried herbs, anything to reduce h20 content.
Thanks well done from Australia
